Wesbury Park

I recently moved out of state after being a resident at Wesbury Park Apartments for quite a while. Though there have been some staffing changes, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the community and overall customer service. It truly made my stay enjoyable, and I was sad to leave. While the site doesn't have on-site amenities, they offer a free swimming and fitness option just a mile away, which was a fantastic perk! Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

I have enjoyed living with wesbury park, I have been here for a couple of years and have enjoyed the upgrades they have provided. The location is wonderful and the rent is very reasonable for the area! The on site management has changed in the past year but it has just gotten better. Maintenance is super prompt and does a great job and the management is very communicative. I enjoy recommending this apartment to my peers

I recently visited this apartment based on a friend's recommendation, but my experience was disappointing. The advertised price on the app was $500 lower than what was presented to me in person. The lady I interacted with was unprofessional and unwelcoming, not giving me a chance to see the apartment. As a result, I chose to rent from another place nearby. It's important for the management to address these issues to avoid losing potential clients.

This complex and the property manager have been the most unprofessional experience of my life. They have lost our lease for the 3rd time now and instead of trying to fix it they decided to take that opportunity to try and add more fees to a new lease without our knowledge when we questioned the sitting property manager she decides to threaten us with eviction we ask to speak to someone higher than her she said she would direct us to them and in turn she placed a notice to vacate on our door. I know this is the longest run-on sentence but my fiancé is 6 months pregnant and we now have 60 days to find suitable living because of their mistakes and unprofessionalism. If you have the option DO NOT rent from them as long as the current females property manager is there your stay will be horrible and the chances of you running issues are extremely high. Not to mention they don’t fix things but the will mark them as complete.

The actual apartments are nice, but if you want anything done with maintenance or management you can completely forget about it. It took them two weeks to fix the A/C because it took three different people to figure out what was actually wrong with it. The office is rarely open so when you try to go during there "office hours" they always give a lame excuse about how they own other properties when they can barely manage this one. Trash has been an on going issue for weeks now and they have yet to fix it. The pool and gym are not even located at own residence so residents are expected to pay for it when the pool and gym are at a different facility. Don’t move here! Management is terrible and the trash bin never works so there is trash all the way down the ramp every day. They go through your trash and charge you $25 per bag even when the trash compactor doesn’t work! They don’t accept money orders and when they did they don’t cash half of them and send you a three day notice even though your rent has been paid. And NEVER expect a call back because you will never get one regardless of the situation and how many messages you leave 0/10 would never recommend this place to move! Beware!!!!

Don’t waste your time here. Ive been here for 2 years and everything that is decent about the apartments is made horrible by the uncommunicative and uncaring staff. They are quick and demanding to take your money and are lazy when you have any issues come up. They changed management a couple months ago and the problems this place have might be even worse under Birge and Held. The only reason I resigned was because of the work commute, realizing now it’s not worth it dealing with the management here.

I really appreciate the hard work and changes that jelisha and Wendy Are making to the apartment.complex they been on top of there stuff !! Keeping up with the wants and needs I recently needed somethings fixed in my apartment maintenance came And fixed everything in one day love the space in the apartments ! The new appliances it’s been a pleasure staying here

When I moved in the beginning of 2020, this place was great and I liked living here. Then in the fall things started to get bad. The trash services here is the worst and its overflowing on a regular basis.. The man above me throws super loud parties with a stereo that blares out into the parking lot and keeps me awake every night. One person has a balcony (right in front of the leasing office lol) that’s stacked high with trash and a broken window. You call and complain but you only end up getting radio silence. There’s no communication from the apartment. It wouldn’t hurt them to send update emails instead of just leaving papers outside our doors. The parking lot has been half “paved” for over a month now. It wasn’t even paved but painted black. The add on fees were ridiculous. When I asked my new apartment about the extra expenses, they had no clue what I was talking about. The interior isn’t bad and I like that they have space. But the community and the way this place is run is not worth it. I really hated it here by the time my lease was up.

1- raccoons walked freely in and out of the apartment as you can see, they broke into my apartment often and all they did was patch it with a flat plate, and every now and then I have to buy supper glue and glue it back myself because they would kick right thru it, 2- my car got shot at 4times,fyi I just moved from New York and I was out of town, came back the following day and the apartment towed my car away because “it ddnt look like it functioned” another fyi- I went to the tenant office to report the incident and she basically looked at me and ddnt show no remorse and told me they towed my car- 3 my living room was constantly getting flooded in the whole of summer and they told me I should wait till next year because the summer is almost over, I put in a work order in March and they came in October, and when I was finally done, and had to break my lease it’s been almost 2 months and they telling me the reason I haven’t received my direct deposit is because they are on vacation- this is by far the worst place Ihv been at in life. And this was my experience living there for only 9months in their town home— not to mention the ac /heatersounds like a plan and the raccoons my noise soo bad that u cnt sleep at night
