I truly loved my time here. The apartments are soooo spacious with so much natural lighting. I first stayed in a two bedroom apartment in building 9. I loved the space and had no issues with my washer and dryer that came with the unit. Any service request was quickly taken care of. The maintenance men are friendly and knowledgeable. I renewed my lease and moved into a one bedroom in building 14. I loved this space so much seeing that it was still very large and had a great fireplace! The carpet in these places is always so soft. Every place looks super homey and cozy. The pools are a great time when they are open. The gym is nice I definitely do wish they would keep it open 24/7 like other complexes. I have had no issues with bugs. Some charges have been on my account before for the wrong reasons but it was all easily fixed just keep an eye on your bills if anything. Loved it! Would def recommend.
Apartments are spacious, However the quality of the apartments such as the appliances are outdated which cause several maintenance request. Also maintenance takes very long to respond back there isn't a sense of urgency. Finally for the money spent on these apartments we should have access to the gym past 9-6 (as most people working during those hours) and valet trash,
Absolutely love living here! The apartment is spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The management team is responsive and friendly, addressing any issues promptly. The amenities are top-notch, including a well-equipped gym, a beautiful pool area, and a cozy lounge. The location is convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It truly feels like home, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice to live here! Highly recommend!

I have been here over a year and have experienced so many problems. 1. My husband's car has been vandalized TWICE. 2. I have been overcharged on two different occasions and had to reach out to the leasing office multiple times for a resolution. 3. We pay extra to have a unit with a washer/dryer.Our dryer never works. They have replaced it twice just to give us another broken dryer. 4. Our A/C has been out a week and we have received no help from the leasing office. 5. They send emails with certain rules but in person they change the rules. 6. The water bugs here are out of control. We have killed so many bugs it's ridiculous. 7. The gym has been closed almost a year and they have been telling me it’s going to be open “soon” for the past 2 months. Overall, I will not be renewing my lease here. It's not worth the headache. Stay elsewhere.

Apartment: Apartment was one of the nicest apartments I have rented. Very spacious and a comfortable layout. Plenty of natural light and lighting. Office/Maintenance Staff: Over my 30 I mostly interacted with mainly Sidney, who was outstanding. The rest of the office staff were pleasant as well. Maintenance was always reasonably quick and responsive. Complex: Inside the apartment was wonderful. Outside the apartment many residents were far less than considerate. Loud vehicles in the middle of the night being revved, trash being thrown out of cars and left everywhere, and pet owners not picking up after themselves. My apartment often smelled of weed and cigarettes unfortunately. You come to expect this with apartment living. Understandably the office can only do so much. They do walk around and pick up trash and they try to enforce littering and pet waste removal but with the size and number of residents this is difficult. Stonecrest: Not a great area. Pretty crowded and lots of traffic and reckless driving. If you work in the city the commute down I20 is awful. Always expect traffic and accidents. I loved the apartment. If it was located in a better area and on a smaller scale it would be perfect for longterm living. I did not like having to pay for additional Renter insurance when my own renter insurance was already in excess of the lease requirement. Some amenities were on and off available for extended periods of time. But these were all clearly listed in the lease that I agreed to. Nothing was a surprise.

I’ve been living here for almost two years. The front office staff is amazing and always quick with resolving any issues. The property is clean and well maintained. All around I’ve been satisfied with my living at Wesley Kensington.
I have lived in Wesley Kensington for three years now and I love the community. They have fun pool parties in Summer and a nice Clubhouse with good coffee. I recently upgraded from a 1 bedroom into a 2 bedroom and I love the floor plans offered here at Wesley Kensington. The staff is very professional and have worked with me on several occasions whenever I had any financial or maintenance problems. I do recommend the apartments to anyone looking to live in the City of Stonecrest.
It’s Been About A Month Since Breanna Moved Me In & I Love It Especially For The Price! Move In Was Smooth, Maintenance Is Always Professional & On Time!
Dont even waste your time. It has been 2 1/2 weeks sense my stove has not been working and it's still not fixed. Also it took them 3 days to fix my heat in the winter time. If you move here just hope nothing in your apartment breaks because it will be broke until they feel like fixing it.
Don’t move here. The gate is always broken. Equipment in the gym never works. The managers take no responsibility for anything that goes wrong. Its always the tenants fault. My friend visited from out of town and the gate scratched her car. They have no guard on the gates so you don’t know when the gates are getting ready to close when you pull up. We pay for a gated community but anyone can get through the gate as the entrance gates are always open and the exit gates malfunction as well. It has not been a great experience. They just want your rent money every month and choose not to give back when you have an issue that their broken equipment and lack of following up on work orders cause. Like I said, don’t move here if you don’t want a headache. The rent is too Much to have to deal with management giving you then run around and to also have to deal with broken gates all the time that damage people’s cars.
The whole experience from doing a tour, application process to receiving my keys was easy. Tiffany is the greatest! She was patient and listened to what I was wanting. I plan to be here a long time.
I currently reside in a two bedroom apartment in the Wesley Kensington Apartment Complex in Lithonia, GA. It is a very large but quiet, gated community located less than two miles away from the Stonecrest Mall. The leasing office is open 7 days a week and the staff is very welcoming. There are 3 large pools located in the complex which is available to all the residents during the summer months as well as a 34 hour strengthening center all year round. My apartment comes with white appliances (stove and refrigerator), washer and dryer connections (some units have washers and dryers, others don’t), a media desk, a fire place, balcony with outside storage, walk-in closets, carpeted floors, inside bar, double deadbolt front and back door, artwork niches, and trey ceilings. This apartment complex also offers units with black appliances, washers and dryers already installed, garages, only third floor units have a fireplace, and 24 hour emergency maintenance. I like this apartment complex because it provides me with sufficient space in all rooms and a high sense of security whether I’m inside or outside. It is a safe and quiet community with very little disturbances. Some of the county police reside in this neighborhood so that adds to the security of the complex. The rent amount is a bit pricey compared to other apartment complexes but the area is both visually appealing and quiet which is usually the case with higher priced communities.
Spacious Apartments..ok neighborhood..Maintenance can do a lil better than what they do now.
Good location to mall and restaurants. Common areas are maintained. Staff could be a little bit more helpful. Large open spaces in apartments. Very friendly neighbors. Overall a great place to live
