Legends is the best apartment ever! I have lived in several others and toured many during my search 4 years ago, and this is by far the best one I could have picked. The apartments are spacious and clean, and the warm, laid-back community feels more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex. The office staff actually gets to know you and they are all so kind and helpful. The maintenance team responded to all my requests super quickly. The pool and gym are amazing. There are also no weird fees or a monthly pet fee. You just pay a base amount for your pet when you move in, and a portion is donated, and you don’t have to pay again for the pet as long as you live here. I have two dogs and this saved us money! We are only leaving because we bought a house. This is the perfect apartment for anyone but it would be a great place for a family!

And BTW they have the most BEAUTIFUL 2 bed rooms in town. No place beats them with the floor plan layout, HUGE windows and tall cielings. A breath of fresh air! I absolutely adored my time at Legends Cary- the staff are friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable; the property is beautiful and welcoming. If I wasn't leaving the state, I would be staying here as long as possible.
We have lived in multiple apartments throughout Raleigh and this is the only one we signed a new lease for a second year, no questions asked. The apartments are updated and beautiful. Other apartments will not replace parts or just say "this is how it is" with A/C or dishwasher problems, not here. They will replace and fix anything broken and it is quick, and maintenance is kind and always does a good job. The apartments are well built and sturdy. We love the gym, with Pelton bikes and the weight room. We also love the package system with electronic boxes. We have had no issues and totally recommend them to anyone. We are only moving out because we purchased a home. If not, we would have stayed.

It's been close to 2 years that we are staying at this 2 bed apartment. The apartment is very delightful to be in and with all the necessary amenities. Leasing office staff are very good in receiving people who steps into the office. Especially Kim is very active and enthusiastic talking with people and taking any issues from residents and tries very hard to resolve them in timely manner. Cool staff and Cool apt......!!!
So far best apartment experience ever in my experience. The structure of 2b2b is really good and stuff is super helpful. No bug, quick fix of things. I wish I could buy the apartment.
I spent 3 years here between a 3 bedroom apartment and a 1 bedroom and it was great. All the staff are really friendly. The complex is right off the highway and is near a lot of stores, restaurants, crossroads so getting anywhere is usually a short drive. Definitely recommend.

Seriously the best place I have lived. Not only are the apartments spacious, they have ample natural light! The staff is absolutely amazing!!!!!! They are truly caring and there for you. They also have community events often. When I say events, they do it big! I could not ask for a better place to live and community!
Do NOT deal with this company. I signed a 4. Month lease to do a summer internship. I did not know they required a 60 day notice to leave , so they then required an extra month at an increased rate to fulfill this ridiculous policy- Why would I sign only a 4 mo lease if I was going to stay? It’s all about the $$ for them
I live diagonally to this complex. After a week of construction, vehicle, and roofing noise I called to ask the length of time this was expected to continue. I can hear it from every room in my apartment, meaning their residents can too. I was told they were doing work and then hung up on when I asked the expected completion. I called back and was transferred to voicemail. This complex did not warn the seven surrounding complexes of noisy daily 12 hour work (I checked with my complex). Legends could care less about their surrounding community or how they treat them. This is a review on their front office team which I did experience, as well as their lack of community care.

Please call us at the office to discuss your experience. The very necessary roof replacements at our property will continue through the summer. I'm sorry that you were disconnected from our team in the office, but it's been very busy with all of the construction!
The management team is very nice and attentive with the needs and the comfort of the residents. The complex is clean, quiet, safe and well located (between Cary, Raleigh and Morrisville). The apartment is nice and well arranged.The maintenance team is efficient and friendly. I recommend this place!

Legend's is a very well-run complex. The management and staff are friendly and always attentive to its tenant's with great community support! I have been a residence for almost a year now, the property is safe and very comfortable. The New pool is very nice and the neighbors that live in the community from all over are friendly! Legend's is a great location, close to the freeway and 15 minutes from most of the Triangle.

I've had the pleasure of living at Legends going on 5 years and it's been a wonderful experience. All staff from the office to maintenance are always willing to help and are extremely genuine. I've had minimal maintenance issues during my stay and feeling appreciated and known by name by staff along with clean grounds and an apartment with great neighbors is what has kept me around. The only hiccup that I've had is that parking can be difficult depending on what building you're in and the time of day you come and go so it does make things difficult when your hands are full. Other than that, I have zero complaints--there are monthly newsletters with any applicable updates and news, food trucks, fitness classes etc...they even drop off a personalized card to you on your birthday! How wonderful and thoughtful is that! Additionally, getting packages delivered and picked up from the office is always a breeze. I could go on and on about how awesome these apartments are along with the staff but check them out and you'll agree.

I've lived in the complex for a little over a month and I haven't had any issues. The pool is great and the facility is always neat and clean. The apartment is very spacious and it's a safe environment!
