I enjoy living in this place; my apartment is very spacious and the staff are very helpful anytime I have an emergency which rarely happens. Any time I had a maintenance request it was taken care of in a reasonable time. The times I seen the girls from the office they been nice and friendly, I appreciate all their hard work and just how much they help me.

Roaches, roaches and roaches. This place is roach infested and our apartment had roaches everywhere. They would send pest control people but even after sprays roaches would return the very next day. There was mold issue in the bathroom and maintenance never fixed it. We had to throw all the groceries and several personal items including furniture. (Because we didn't want to carry roach eggs with us). After moving, office staff wants us to pay for utilities we didn't use and stove drip pans replacement costs in spite of providing a brand new set.

Apartments are fine. Parking sucks and they’ll tow without notice. They’ve also recently updated the mail system and it takes About 30 min to be able to pick up your mail. Other than those two point The staff is nice enough and maintenance is always friendly and quick. Great location too.
I am a current resident here. I’ve gone to Management, today will make a total of seven times. Now granted this is an apartment and there is going to be noise however, the constant banging, jumping, stomping upstairs is beyond frustrating! I even explained to them that I have a child that has epilepsy and if she doesn’t get her rest she will have seizure outbreaks!!! I just feel as though they just don’t give a crap. I have been way beyond patient and professional but coming home to face this aggravation should not be. I pay my rent on time and I’m not a problem tenant. At this point I feel as though I’m just another apartment number that’s for their profit!
Our apartments are beautiful and the neighbors are AMAZING! We're not huge fans of the leasing office staff, though.
I've lived in two apartments in this complex for the past 5 years. I originally lived in a 3 bedroom apartment. Only issues I had in the 3 bedroom were ants in the back bedroom closet and the view of garbage from the porch balcony. When I could no longer afford to live in the 3 bedroom, management let me downsize to a 2 bedroom with no issues. Two bedroom is great. However the rent increases greatly every year. Mine has increased over $200 in the past 3 years. Plus parking is bad. The later you make it home in the evening, the farther away your parking will be from your building. Would be nice if they could assign a space for each unit.
I have stayed here for almost six years and overall the property is great. I love the fact that my apartment is in the front and that they keep the property clean. However I am looking into leasing a home for the price of what I have to pay in rent. The amount that they go up in rent is ridiculous for current residents that have been living on the property for years. They are basically charging current residents the same amount they charge new tenants which I think is absurd and to be honest the new tenants are paying less than residents then I am with and there apartments have new applicances and flooring. There's no need in expressing how you feel to management and staff because they don't care. They receive a discount in their rent. I really don't want to move but my lease is about to be up in October and it seems I have no choice. If my wife and I are going to pay this much for rent we might as well rent or buy a home.
let me start off by saying that its not a bad place to live. I have live here about one year now my lease is up soon I'm thinking about renewing my lease but I'm looking around at others apartments reason being is that the only draw back is when you sign your lease you have to take the internet package with your lease which by the way sucks big time. The internet always not working or its crash in the middle of watching a movie on Netflix and so on even on your phone the wifi dose not work some times. But other than that its a great place to live I have no problem here except the stupid internet service.
The environment is great. Quick access to the freeways and not too far from the city! The staff are very helpful and all maintenance problems are resolved quickly. This is my second year renting and I am glad I was able to renew my lease!
I am very particular about where I live, but I would have to say that Wesley St.Claire has the best entry gates I have ever seen. I know this is funny that I am so attracted to them however I get so tired of seeing broken gate entries at other apartement complexes or the arm that slam down on the car. However, here at Wesley St.Claire the gates are amazing, the apartments are spacious and I love the sunrooms and balconies. I also like the fact that we are 30 seconds from Chick fil- a, Publix, Gwinnett Mall, Sugarloaf Mills Mall, extremely close to I 85 and more. I would say this was a great find at a fair rate per month.
My apartment is very spacious and the neighborhood is quiet. The only problem I have is the gates are always broken. I hear everything that my neighbors upstairs are doing. Maintenance is very quick with repairs.
