My refrigerator stopped working. I lost all of my food inside. I figured these things happen. It was sad because food is expensive but it’s no one’s fault. I put in a maintenance request to have it fixed. Maintenance showed up to fix it while I was out. I came home to water all over my counters and kitchen floor. And most of my food defrosted and all of my ice cream completely melted. I spoke with maintenance before they came into my home and I told him if they needed anything to just push a button, let me know so for the whole hour that they were fixing the refrigerator they had all of my food from the freezer just sitting on the counter Instead of letting me know that they were going to have to do that so I can make arrangements so that way I didn’t lose any more food. That’s what they did. I called the apartment complex to ask what we can do because I did not appreciate the state of my apartment when I got home and I did not appreciate that they wasted more food when all they had to do was use their words. I have not received a call back. I honestly didn’t expect you because, the management here is so horrible. I hate living here Please read the reviews. Please pay attention to the names that everyone is listing. This is not a good place to live.

We never had any major issues at this apartment, so our experience might be different from the others. Pros: - Great, family-friendly property with amazing floor plans and spacious layouts with high ceilings. - Lots of storage space in the units, the kitchen was hard to part with, good natural light. The mirror wall in the dining room was a guest favorite! - Great gym with tons of equipment. - VERY pet friendly - one-time fee at move-in, no monthly charge. Everyone is always walking their pets, some let their cats outside (I'll miss that one ginger cat). - Close to everything, Roswell Road has it all, close to Perimeter and all of the hospitals. - Leasing office was always professional. I had one situation over email and the consultant really turned it around with their professionalism and kindness. - Leasing office is FREE to rent for events and is beautiful! First come, first serve. I hosted multiple bridal and baby showers for family and friends. Cons: - The pool was dirty majority of the summer - partly on the office, partly on the residents. - The floors/ceilings are thin-ish, our upstairs neighbors were constantly stomping. - The gates were not always functional, but they always had them open when it was raining so that was appreciated. - Price, but finding an affordable, good 2/2 apartment in the area is definitely going to cost you a penny, and this property is worth it. The cons are not even bad. We moved due to finding a house. We would have definitely stayed otherwise, and hosted many events throughout our time here, tons of great memories that made it hard to part with. Thanks WSJ!

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Employees are unprofessional and do NOT know what they are talking about or what they are doing. They will not answer the phone and they will claim that they will help you but never do. They billed us incorrectly almost every other month. We had an issue at move-out where they told us we never told them we were moving out. I had it in writing to one of the Wesley employees MONTHS before but the manager said because it wasn't in e-mail format they were charging us $400. (By the way, he told us this silly rule was in the lease agreement but failed to show us proof). We had to physically go to their corporate office and ask them if this was the case. They said as long as it was in writing & sent to an employee it was perfectly acceptable. Incompetent manager, incompetent employees, and sketchy neighborhood with random people walking around. I also saw a drunk man peeing near the circle in broad daylight. What the heck??? We also figured out that Wesley St. James used to be called something else. When we looked up the apartment name, we saw news about shootings (they died) in the neighborhood. I could go on....
I had to get a security camera within a month of living here. My door kept being unlocked - they swore they didn't send anyone from maintenance over even though they were the only ones who had a key besides me. They did nothing to investigate who from their team kept trying to come into my unit. They write all kinds of clauses into their lease agreements that do not comply with Georgia state tenant laws. And when you hold them accountable to THE LAW they say "well you signed the lease" bc apparently a document they drafted themselves takes precedence over the actual law. Grounds are not kept up breezeways are always full of leaves spiderwebs and dead roaches.
I have lived at the Wesley St.James apartments for 5 years now and am impressed with all the new upgrades and amenities they have to offer. Not only do they have a wonderful swimming pool with grill and gazeboo, but they also have Google Fiber now! The new management staff is absolutely fascinating! Nadia has been my "go to girl" and has been so kind and helpful and professional! She has helped with me with all my needs and concerns. I do have to say that some of the neighbors are rude, but for the most part, they are quiet and friendly. If you are looking to live in Atlanta, definately check out Wesley St. James. They have a variety of floorplans with upgrades if desired!
these people are a complete shame , they refuse to honor the prices listed and refuse to update the pricing online ,the staff is very rude especially nadia ,they have specials listed but won't honor the special or the prices listed , there answer was " our pricing is so complex that our system can't calculate it properly " really u can't pay a Web designer 10 bucks to correct your pricing
This is not a 5 star community. It is a great value and I feel safe, secure, and I am comfortable when at home or on the grounds. The staff is friendly, professional, and does what it promises.
