We applied and sent in our info and every time I called they didn’t pick but when my roommate called they did pick. The main issue was that they make you wait until they confirm your info and then they will hold the apartment. The issue with that was that you can only submit you paystub from a downloaded pdf NOT a print to pdf file most big employer websites will only allow print to PDF. So I’m the process of them confirming our income, two apartments with our move-in availability were rented to someone else.
This place is very unorganized trying to get an apartment here is the worst GOODLUCK . They don’t inform you of all the rules until after you have already spent money to fill out the application. Complete pointless ! They never answer the phone & the people who died are RUDE . I recommend you guys try applying to a different apartment this one is terrible

I was really thinking of moving here since I am relocating but I think I will take note from the reviews and run. I don't want to relocate only to move into a place with a lot of problems and poor management. Thanks everyone for being honest about your experience. The people at these offices don't know what they are doing. in these time you can really tell who has it together and who does not. from blatant disregard to requests to uncaring attitudes from the staff, if you are looking for a place to live where they treat you with respect go else where.

So I lived in th Wesley Trevento for a year. Let me start first of all the pictures you see are not what you see when you get there. Then the staff is rude and nasty with no regards that this is how they are making there money. Last but not least the maintenance staff is not qualified to fix nothing they have very low quality work skills also the Manager of the apartment has a lousy attitude should not be working there if she doesn’t understand if there are no residents there no money.
Rented for 10 months and turned in notice to vacate within the 60-day period. I even called the leasing office to confirm receipt. Thought everything was good until I get the closing bill with a later notice date. The leasing office conveniently "lost" the notice and charged me extra. Attempted to resolve multiple times at both the local leasing office and their corporate office. Just got the runaround and was threatened with a garnishment if I didn't pay. OK apartments but the management firm is either poorly run or dishonest (or both). NOT recommended.
This is the worst apartment complex I've ever been too. I sent out 2 to 3 work orders to get a light cover for the kitchen light and never received it. Neighbors would play loud music every day at 1 am in the morning. Drugs were being sold every day outside my window. I would complain every day and no one would help me. Then the apartment complex had the audacity to charge me $400 after I moved out which they took out of my deposit. I paid on time for 1 year straight they never had any problems out of me. They even charged me $30 for my keys even though they admitted to having my keys. This apartment is THE WORST APARTMENT IVE BEEN IN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WOULD TELL PEOPLE TO RUN AWAY!!!! THEY ALSO CHARGED ME $300 FOR A WATER BILL IN MY LAST STATEMENT. Even with a house that has a water leak and a sprinkler water system that is on everyday, you still do not pay a water bill of $150/month which is not close to $300. If there was a lower rating than this 1 star I would rate it 0. This place is a disaster.
I have been living in this community for about 3 months and I have nothing but great things to say...... Nice staff, good rent prices and over all I enjoy being here. The 2 pools are nice and clean. Very kid friendly and amazing schools in the area. Plenty of parking and for safety the local police roam the area frequently.
Repairs take months , if they happen at all I would highly recommend not moving.
I only been staying here for 6months now and I like the area, very nice! My dislikes come in where their are some noisy neighbors and plus the walls are very thin and you can hear everything and I mean everything! Overall these are some nice apartments but the cost of it isn’t worth it! I am waiting patiently for my lease to be over so I can move!
This is the worst apartment that I have ever lived in. I never leave negative reviews, but this place deserves it. They are so unprofessional and rude. I have a genuine concern about the mold in my apartment and I have not been able to get a hold of anyone who is actually willing to help me. I have been getting consistent head colds, sinus infections, and skin rashes as a result of this apartment. I rarely ever get sick. These past seven months I have been more sick than I have ever been in my life. If you care at all about the safety and well being of your family, do NOT move into this unsafe and unclean environment.
This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. first off let me start by saying they are scamming everyone in the complex with their water bill. everyone pays over $100 each month just for water. I have spoken with multiple residences about this issue and they are just as upset. When the staff was confronted about it they just said it was hot water allocation and said the gallons used lined up with the "average". They treat you as if you are a child and ignorant, even though water bills everywhere else normally never goes over $50. other than that our dishwasher did not work our entire stay even after being "fixed" 3 times, our heat was broken all winter, the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling off, it was infested with roaches, the vinyl in the entry way and bathrooms were peeling up, and some parts of the carpet were ripping. This is just a short list. the Worst part is when we moved out we were charged for the vinyl and the carpet even though we informed the staff about these issues multiple times being promised they would be fixed. the management and owners of the company Wesley in general are extremely unprofessional. After emailing and calling the leasing office multiple times trying to fix this issue we still were never contacted back by the property manager. And when trying to call into their corporate office we were told to leave a message and they never called back. overall it was and still is the worst experience I have had with any management team or apartment complex in my life. I do not ever leave reviews but I thought everyone deserves to know how they really are, and I wish I had a review like this to warn me before I signed that lease. NEVER STAY HERE
We've been living here for 3 months and, although the apartment is in good condition and the facilities (pools, workout room) are decent, there are a few big negatives to living here: 1) Neighbors are loud - Some folks keep to themselves here, but there are many times (daily and nightly) when people are just flat out discourteous when it comes to being loud. From kids screaming to heavy feet on stairs to loud phone fights in the parking lot, many residents here simply don't seem to care about the disruptions they create. Our neighbors have frequent loud late visitors who repeatedly knock on their door after midnight only to leave 5 mins later and create additional noise by opening and slamming the door. 2) Maintenance doesn't respond to most requests - When we moved in and listed the issues with our apartment (cracked paint, damaged carpet, broken sliding door, etc), the leasing agent said she'd have maintenance fix everything ASAP. After about 4 weeks, we called to follow up, since none of the promised work had been done yet. We still haven't had these issues fixed. 3) The trash issue - Not only do many residents leave trash in the parking lot and grassy areas, but the dumpster areas for the complex are absolutely disgusting most of the time. The garbage company doesn't clear the trash away until it is overflowing into the driveway. Many residents seem to just chuck their bags somewhere near the area instead of piling it into the dumpster. We will not be staying here and would definitely not recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, clean place to live.
Management is efficient and proactive to the needs of the residents. My maintenance requests are promptly addresses. The price is decent, compared to those of other apartment complexes around. The only issue I have is with the gabbage disposal, the waste management company usually shows up after the dumpster is overflowing. All in all, it's a nice community.
I absolutely love it here! The apartment is nice and they have multiple floor plans to accommodate your needs. It is very affordable but still a nice neighborhood. The maintenance staff is very efficient. That is a big problem I've had in the past at other properties but here they respond quickly to fix any problems. The only down side is the electricity goes out a lot for no reason but I think that is a problem the city is working on. Overall I'm very satisfied living here.
On the outside the complex may not seem that amazing but the apartments themselves are very nice. We have a one bedroom and it was recently remodeled which was a huge plus! The neighbors are very quiet and tend to keep to themselves. This apartment complex has a huge pool area, a gym, and tennis courts that are really nice! the only downside is people do leave trash everywhere and there are stray cats. But overall its a comfortable place to live.
Safe neighbourhood but the office staff are terrible, rent goes up into the $100's and when you need something fixed it takes numerous phone calls and trips to the front office to get anything done. Overpriced for the neighbourhood and no choices on TV or Internet service you must go with what the complex allows you too. Best to move on.
