Property Ratings at Wessex House
The apartment is very nice. I love the in-unit washer/dryer and the dish washer. The downstairs lobby is beautiful. The neighborhood is great and love the proximately to the train station. My only complaint is the "no pets allowed" policy. I don't understand why cats and small dogs aren't allowed in all rental properties. Even though I don't like pet fees, at least a pet fee is better than not allowing pets at all.
