The place is great! Love the amenities, especially laundry in the apartment. perfect amount of space and a beautiful kitchen. The events are also a really great way to connect with your residents!
Living here is nice. My favorite part is my assigned, indoor parking spot. I feel we shouldn’t have to pay the monthly garbage fee if we dispose of the garbage in the refuse room ourselves. I also believe the rent is way too much .
Evrything seems to be fine. Except for one thing. The fire alarm which is soo MEGA LOUD which there is two of them one in living room and one in "BED ROOM". where it would sometime go off like middle of night like 1 am. and it would go off sometime for 20mins. Continues... and all for false fire alarm, like somebody smoking in the bathroom. Like... cmon. And this could happen like 10X or more every 6 month to 1 year or so. I strongly believe that this is unaccaptable. the loud alarm should only be on the room where the smoke or fire is coming from and only blinking light to the rest of the building. And only trigger a loud alarm to whole building only if the fire is confirmed. It is totally unacceptable. It affects your health and mental living specially if you have job interviews going on and you need sleep and you have sleep problems. People here are working and needs good rest

The process was super smooth and effortless. Vicky was very attentive, she explained everything very thoroughly. The apartments are rather large compared to other apartment complexes. I highly recommend it
Been here about a month now and everything has been great! The community is so nice, the train is convenient, and the staff has been very helpful! You would think that with a busy road and train right there it would be loud, but the sound proofing has been really working well. Only complaint is the garage door not working from time to time, but management is quick to alleviate the issue!!
The residence has been great, neighbors are friendly, management is responsive. Parking feels a bit overpriced, especially for how often the door seems to be inoperable and not grant access to the parking garage. We also had small maintenance issues with our drier and bath that were fixed within a week. Overall we are very happy with our decision to live here.
The staff is great here. Very helpful & insightful. Takes complaints seriously. Just wish they’d enforce quiet hours more and get cameras around the building.
I enjoy living at West 130. I like having my assigned parking spot- I never have to hunt for a spot. Having my own laundry room is a plus. Our balcony is nice looking out at the pool and coutyard. The package room has improved for the most part, too. I just wish the rent was a bit more affordable.
I would never recommend West 130 to anyone. The prices of the units are beyond market price for the amenities and services offered. The manager of the building and maintenance staff are constantly changing without notifying the residents. It’s been a very terrible rental experience.

West130 is over priced for the quality of living. The community is not up to market standard and has had multiple building management teams over the past 3-4 years. There are plenty of instances where the residents have to make the building aware of issues several times before there’s a resolution. The communication is extremely poor. The package service is unsafe in an uncontrolled environment giving others access to packages that do not belong to them. This is supposed to be a non- smoking environment yet staff members smoke nearby the grounds. West 130 has potential but is constantly managed by inexperienced associates. The rental prices increase annually without any changes made to the units.

West130 is a great rental apartment community in a good neighborhood that is safe, quiet, convenient to bus/train/highway that is definitely less stressful than owning a home and therefore a great alternative to home ownership

I wouldnt recommend there’s better places in the area if I would have researched correctly I wouldn’t have moved here. Saturday staff at the office is also rude and nasty she’s always got an attitude. Hallways stink, carpets all dirty. When I moved in 5 months ago they said they were changing the carpets soon and nothing.

Not able to collect my packages. You open at 9am and close at 6pm. I leave for work at 7am and come back around 8pm. No way to collect my package. Today i found one of you sitting in the office at 8:40am. When i asked if i can collect my package since im unable to later due to work. I was turned down, No courtesy was shown. All it took was 10 seconds to hand me the package but the person simply said we are not open and kept sitting in his chair. WOW Layout of the building is bad. Elevator is a 5min walk away if you want to go to the main entrance. All elevators are slow. Takes 5mins to just open the door of the elevator and then the elevator takes ages to reach your floor in addition to the wait time for it to come. Elevator is also low poor quality, goes out of service every few weeks. Auto payments for rents don't work and nobody can provide any support for it as they said they are unauthorized for this, So not sure how to do auto pay and no-one willing to assist in setting it up. On top, specially called in asking for a package of mine to be left outside so I can pick it up as I won't be able to make it home in time as the office closes at 5pm . Said will leave the package outside so I can pick it up later. However upon reaching home, They did not do that and the door was locked so I couldn't collect my package. Also someone opened one of my packages which I did not receive. Trash collection people also lazy, Some days they collect it, some days they don't.

Management at West 130 operates without Integrity. Recently there have been postings on elevators that reads “Rent is due on the 1st”. I find this to be very insulting to tenants living in a luxury building. This is not a tactful way to collect rent. Our guest do not need to see this when they come into the building. This is very condenscending!!! Buzzuto please stop with the Greed!!! Treat your tenants with RESPECT!!!!!!
