Property Ratings at West Brook
The Apartment Community is very nice, but some of the residents are not keeping the community clean, for instance putting garage outside of there apartments for long period of times and this can bring reproaches and other insects to come into the apartments.
I now live kind of far from work but otherwise we love these apartments.
I will always recommend Westbrook to anyone who asks. I have lived here over 20 years and they are the best! They always get things done in a timely manner and are always courteous and kind. Iris and Maria are fantastic apartment managers!! The maintenance men are fantastic as well and they are always willing to help no matter what.
Maintance always timely, staff care for their residents. The community is tight knit.
I would highly recommend these apartments due to the professional management staff along with highly skilled maintenance staff.
I hav been very pleased living here.
beautiful property. Professional and friendly office and montane people. The trash/ dumpster is the only problem i have.
I Would recommend this apartment community Bc of the location to the highways, restaurants and shops The complex is quiet. I wish the kitchen and bathrooms are remodeled, but other than that the apartments are nice. Office staff Maria the property manager and Iris leasing consultant are awesome and amazing. Maintenace people are great
I would definitely recommend this apt
The staff and the people that live here are fantastic.
I would recommend because Iris gave excellent service and was a perfect example of a great representation of the company. Glad to be making this my new home
We love live here. Great service
We've had nothing but good experiences so far!
Great customer service from office staff, nice apartments, convenient location.
I have lived on this property for 24 years. The staff has changed hands but each time we have always had good managers and maintenance men. The property is clean, quiet, friendly people and staff. I would not have lived here this long if they were not great!
The manager and leasing consultant are always professional and courteous. I'm in the community now, I'm moving to a larger unit, and they made it easy.
Everything was great. I just didn't like the 60 day move out policy. Things can happen quickly, and having to pay an exorbitant amount for that, when apartments turn over quickly, leaves a bad taste.
This place is the best apartment complex in the area. This is the reason why I would recommend this location.
Maintenance Staff and Office staff are fantastic. Better than at any apartments I have lived at here in Houston.
Fabio is a great guy and always is fast, friendly and professional.
The community is clean, well kept and staff are professional and curteous.
Very friendly, comfortable and inviting staff and well kept property
Rental rated is great, community is quiet, office personnel is awesome
A nice place most of the time, however it can be loud on the week ends.
Overall good place to live, some changes could make it better. But with rent keeps going up as fast as it does I wouldn't recommend it.
I would recommend this apartment community, because the staff is excellent and they are good people.
The apartments are dated, i.e. older appliances. Not the highest quality, i.e. cabinets are particle board, and shed in my pots & pans. However, everyone is so nice, and it's quiet, and in a fantastic location.
I don't know if I would or not, only because of the area especially behind us with them breaking the fence all the time. They seemed to stop that for the most part. Saw someone a couple of weeks ago trying to break one of the fence boards and I had to yell at her and she quit...the rent is kinda high and I did try to refer someone but it was too high for her and she found a 2 bedroom pretty close by for about the same as our 1 bedroom..
The location is great. The community is small and quite.
The only reason I didn't give a 10 for Recommend is because of the low-grade GE appliances.
yes
I think this is a safe community, well lighted parking lot. All my neighbors are pleasant. I would like for the trash situation to get better. I understand the issues are "man made" with throwing trash on ground. But the space behind has become a major dumping ground for tires, mattress, large furniture and it stays for too long.
I have lived at Westbrook for many years and always have had great experiences with the office staff as well as the maintenance staff.
Property Manager at West Brook, Responded To This Review
Thank you so much for the great review! We strive to provide great service. Please let us know if we may be of any assistance. West Brook Team
It was a really good community to live in when I moved in almost 7 years ago but in the past year or so, it's really gone down hill. I don't feel as safe as I did with people breaking the back fence and coming through all the time. The gate to enter is open a lot of the time and now since they can't seem to fix my garage door properly, I am having to leave it unlocked all the time so anyone could go into it and take whatever I have in there.
I have recommended it to 2 friends. the only negative I have with the apartment is there is only 1 power outlet in the bathroom.
Despite my generally high category ratings, I would be hesitant to recommend West Brook, at least to my professional peer group, only because of the apparent lack of pride shown by many newer residents as reflected by the garbage and other litter always present on the grounds, and especially on the parking lot. The littering has increased significantly since I came here in mid 2013. Additionally, other people who use the barbeque area tend to leave junk (aluminum foil, etc.) on the grills, and make little or no attempt to clean the grilling surface.
My family lived in this apartment complex when we first moved to Houston. Rent was competitive for that area. Good proximity to grocery stores and the highways. The complex itself is a small community and very well maintained. I used the gym at night, and my family enjoyed the pool in the summer. Staff was friendly and maintenance was completed quickly. Yes, I would recommend this complex.
My apartment is really a good size of ONE person. I chose it because it was in the back where the little trail was and all the trees. I could sit on the patio and watch the birds. The only thing is the brick wall on the patio you can't see over if you are sitting in a reg chair (good and bad points) great for privacy though, just wished it was a little bigger. All in all, the management and the staff are wonderful. Hate they have to go up in rent EVERY YEAR, didn't know that when I moved in 4 years ago since I came from a house and had lived there for the past 30 years. I like it but want to retire in Conroe in a few years so will be moving.
I have lived in these apartments for about two years. The office staff is awesome, and I have not had any issues. The apartment complex is small, up-kept, and quiet. I would recommend West Brook to any future residents.
