New management made move in easy for us the process was quick and no complaints . Maintenance answers really quick to any issues
They don't care about the people who live here. People that live above me fight every single night play loud music. Total of 13 people living there in a small 3 bedroom apartment. People in the rental office does nothing about it. Black mold in closet in the kitchen. Mice and roaches inside the walls. They're not going to tell you about these things just to get you to rent. Past 8 months have been nothing but pure hell!!

I was shown an apartment and it looked nice, and the management personal were very helpful. I'm looking forward to moving in there.
I've lived here for the past six months with my dad, my boyfriend, and my two year old son. The apartment overall is very well maintained. The complex isn't trashed but it isn't the most beautiful thing I've ever seen either. Inside the apartment the amenities are still in really good condition and the walls/floors/ceilings are still in good condition. When you sign the contract during move in they ask you to fill out in detail what the condition of the apartment is which I think was a good way to keep each apartment maintained after every move out. I haven't had any issues with people around here. No fights in the foyer, no cat-calls from the second floor, nothing scary like that (which is common in low-income based apartments). Management seems to keep to themselves, which I prefer, but not so much so that I can't get any assistance from them. My only issue with this complex is the noise. I live under a family of six with a mom and five kids and it literally sounds like they're coming through my ceiling at any given time of the day (or night). This may just be my particular situation, but it seems like the ceilings and walls are paper-thin because I can hear even the smallest conversations coming from above me. Otherwise, I have no real issue with this complex. *The people and management stay to themselves enough. *The complex isn't trashed. *The washroom is easy to get to and isn't trashed. *The rent is low considering there is no swimming pool, gym, etc (which I also enjoy because I'd rather have a lower rent than a bunch of stuff I don't use).
I think that they should lower their rent,and they should lower their deposit.they really don't have much to offer.for their rent to be that high.they don't even have a swimming pool.
