Residents of Outer Chapel Hill live in a forested residential area with tree-lined streets, spacious properties and Southern-style homes. Property Ratings at West End Flats
Worst experience I've ever had at an apartment complex. Incredibly strict parking rules that will result in a booted car that cost $200 to get off. Multiple roaches and appliances break regularly. Management and the office is terrible, BUYER BEWARE!!!
As part of the West End Flats management team, I am really happy with all the improvements our community has done. From a renovated club house to, up dated apartments homes. I look forward to helping you find you new home at West End Flats!
It has been a good place to live for a year now. Moving in there were a few issues as normal. Maintenance addressed quickly. Place is well remodeled building is clean. Managers have been attentive and responsive, nice surprise over other local apartments I’ve lived with my children. The little park is great for the kids too. The only issue I have is parking. Seems to have not enough, but may be due to remodel. I would highly recommend living here.

The office charges a lot of extra fees and is not responsible for any damage you get ... this is full of bugs and spoons and bedbugs and they are not responsible. One day in the parking lot of the apartments a tree fell and left my car scratched and broken and the office refused to pay for the damage to my car ... from the balance of the rent they add many more extra charges ... since I change In name they charge many more payments and that was not done before.
