Terrible, terrible apartments. Charge extra hidden fee unlike any other apartments in the area. Gave me a dirty apartment at move in time and said it was because they needed to fix some appliance. At move out, I cleaned the whole apartment and despite that they charge me a hefty $175 carpet cleaning fee and some $20 utility fee and took all my security deposit. The hallways leading up to the apartments are disgusting, management promised for an entire year they were getting some budget to clean it but never happened. Dont forget bugs, everytime you open your door a swarm of bugs go in with you. One time also had a snake inside the house. Yes, inside. Apartments inside are old, dusty, poor materials. Don’t think they’ve upgraded too much since 2007. Kitchen is too small, very difficult to cook efficiently and also has poor cabinet space. Management is terrible, the only one trying to be helpful in anyway was Maddison, so if you’re forced to live there on gun point, make sure you try to deal with her, because anyone else will not accommodate you with anything. If anyone needs a more detailed reason on why not to move there, please leave a review and I will personally call you and tell you all the cons about it. Don’t get impressed by the resort looking pictures on the website.

I would not recommend moving here if you have kids! First of all, we had a mold issue took them forever to take us seriously and get it fixed while we had allergies, itching and a bad cough for months! We Had to even get our own mold kit for them to actually listen to our requests. Our son couldn't run around or play in our apartment without our downstairs neighbors banging or complaining at ALL hours of the day which is horrible when you have a toddler. The walls are so thin I could hear my next-door neighbor coughing and playing videos games. The complex slapped some paint on the outside of the apartments and want to up charge rent. While the inside is old, and not even updated our stove barley heats up! We found snakeskin in our patio where my son plays. And they don’t do routine pest control sprays you have to ask which is crazy considering we get charged monthly for it. Parking is horrible! The pool is always dirty the water always has dirt with dead bugs and frogs in it. Once I was getting the tub ready for my son's bath and the water was yellow and dirty! The leasing office staff are so unfriendly and rude any help you ask for is an inconvenience to them. I could go on for days on how many issues we’ve had living here! Don’t understand how they have 4 stars. Oh, wait I do they sent out emails constantly asking residents to give them 5 stars. lol

This is the very first time that I have rented/lived in an apartment. From day one, my experience with the WEL staff has been wonderful! Madison was very professional, personable, patient :), and very helpful as I navigated through the process to live here. The weekend personal was also very helpful and nice. I love how the personnel make you feel comfortable with your choice in choosing their property to reside. The welcoming sign in the lobby that states the names of those moving in is so heartwarming. I felt the love. It is quiet and serene, the grounds are maintained and the neighbors are very friendly. One thing that impresses me the most are the events that are held on-site and social clubs you can join to get to know the residents. Being a new resident to the Beaumont area, I am very happy that I choose WEL as my home and I would recommend this property to anyone needing a new home. Thank you WEL for making my relocation to Beaumont and my first experience in an apartment setting the best ever!!!

I felt immediately welcomed and beyond pleased by the atmosphere. It seems very safe and fun for me and my fur baby. I can’t wait to move in!

Just renewed our lease for the third time. My wife and I love this place. Everyone from the office staff to the maintenance personnel are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a safe, friendly, well maintained place to live.

My 1 bedroom apartment is small but it is very homey and has everything I need. I love the pool here at West End Lodge and every time I visit the office, everyone is always friendly. Work orders that I've requested have always been taken care of in a timely and professional manner.

I love everything about my apartment (2 bed 2 bath)! I’ve been here almost 2 years and have had no problems, the pool is amazing and one of my favorite spots in the summer. I honestly don’t think there is anywhere nicer in Beaumont.

The apartments are decently looking, but are not worth the headache of having to put up with the management. Any time I have had to talk to anyone in the office, I have been lied to and disrespected. They think they can make up any excuse and have became rude when pointed out its inaccuracy. Our neighbors just broke lease to leave, and my family will too. I have been in appartments for the past 6 years, and this is by far the worst management I have encountered. I strongly encourage anyone looking to look elsewhere.

When I first moved into these apartments, I loved them! They were so new and the pool was very nice. But then as more people started to move in, I could NEVER find parking. I always had to park extremely far from my apartment. It’s not bad to have to walk all the time, I mean because it’s exercise, but when it’s dark or bad weather I don’t want to walk far every night I get off work just to get into my apartment. I also didn’t appreciate the maintenance/management team. My boyfriend called maintenance for a broken window and they literally patched it with wood and left it that way for months! I would not recommend these apartments. So glad I no longer live there. Hope this review helps.

The best staff , very caring and Shay B. Has helped make my move a very easy one . This place is very beautiful and peaceful.... like being in vacation everyday!

I think this may be the best place to live in Beaumont! The pool was fantastic this summer.

This is probably the best property in Beaumont. I really enjoy the amenities, and the new owners seem focused on creating a good living experience.

I lived here for a year with endless frustrations. Several power outages and each time was told that it would be a few days before anyone could come out to look at it. After much persistence, I was able to get someone out within 24 hours. They billed us for a full last month's rent (should have been half the month since we were moving out on the 13th) and the 1st month for the tenants after us. Now fighting to get our security deposit back..taken 10 weeks so far. Avoid this property if you can.

I've been living at West End Lodge for a little over a month and the responsiveness of the staff to small issues I've raised has been phenomenal. They are very accommodating and move very quickly on their maintenance requests.

The apartment is pretty decent. Nice amenities like the gym and pool. My favorite thing about living here is probably the quick response from maintenance. I've requested repairs for my A/C and they were able to fix it on the same day. Really pleased about all the other little things they were able to fix for me. With that said, my A/C broke about 5 times in the 2 years I've lived here. Kind of a pain...and the front gate seems to be broken all the time. The printers and gym also don't seem to be accessible after office hours.

I absolutely love living here. My apartment is spacious and has plenty of closet space. The office and maintenance staff are always friendly, prompt and helpful. The grounds are kept nice and the resort-style pool is gorgeous. There are a wide variety of residents here yet it has a community feel. I would recommend this property to anyone.

The apartment I live in is nice. It has a real home feel, with lots of closet space. There are just a few problems. First problem is parking, there is just not enough spaces for all the people here. The second problem is trash, it seems that they either need to pick up the trash more often, or have more cans. Over all it is a good place to live.

I have lived here for more than 4 months now and have had no major issues. my air went out one day at 10 am and was fixed by 1pm. It was amazing! I feel safe here because of the side of town I am on and the gated community. The only issue I have is my mail box is a little broken and that concerns me. The large bath tubs and the high ceilings make me feel at home.

We have lived at these apartments for over a year. I love staff and beautiful pool. I just renewed my lease because, I wasn't ready to leave. I had a problem with my air at one in the morning, within 5 minutes someone was at my apartment and fixed the problem. I have lived in other apartments and the staff really don't care. I feel as part of a community at the West End Lodge. They do a lot of extras for us like, breakfast, pizza, and not to mention they gave us a free crawfish boil. These apartments are great to live in.
