Property Ratings at West End Village at Bethlehem
New to the community but community manager Stephanie Tyler made the entire moving process a very smooth and welcoming transition. Stephanie went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were meant. Stephanie went out of her way to work around my heptic work schedule and moving arrangements but thru out the whole process I was kept informed of any changes. The apartment is perfect the area is nice and clean and very friendly. But most important Stephanie made sure I felt at home and didn't just push for me to rent she made sure I actually knew and understood everything she was very professional.
This is a great place to rent. I lived in two other apartment communities prior, and this is the best one hands down. The place was spotless when we moved in. The master bedroom is so big we are able to fit our daughter's crib and dresser along with our furniture, and still have plenty of space. The maintanance and management are awesome. They are always there when you need something. The location is very peaceful. I highly recommend living here. Very nice and affordable!
I have a brand new remodeled two bed two bath that is worth the price ! Nice quiet area and environment . Neighbors are extremely friendly and family oriented . Leasing office and maintenance staff are amazing, the turnaround for a maintenance request is the absolute best. Office staff are very welcoming , warm and friendly. I absolutely love it here , to start of small when starting a family , this was definitely a great choice in residence .
