I love living here! The best part is the community events which are hosted monthly, and a chance to meet new people. The location is great, close to stores, the freeway and a bus stop right outside as well. The leasing office is amazing and everyone is always willing to listen and help!

WKF is a great complex with great management! I have never had an issue with management. The amenities are also very nice and well kept. I have lived in several complexes before but I highly recommend WKF

This has, by far, been my favorite property to lease in Austin. The management team - Cornelius, Cherry, & Emily - are easy to contact, open to ideas, and honestly do care about their residents. The property itself is well taken care of (aside from some valet trash residue in the hallway) and amenities work well for the size of the property, too. I'll miss living here!

Living at WKF has been a pretty decent experience overall. The fitting room is super handy for getting ready, and the place has a nice, homey feel. It’s mostly quiet around here, though the pool parties can get a bit rowdy sometimes. The gears and facilities aren’t the fanciest and there aren’t a ton of them, but they get the job done. The in-room facilities, like the washing machine, are a bit outdated and can’t handle delicate clothes well. One big downside is the Fetch package delivery service. They tend to slow things down since they’re a third-party freight-forwarding service. Using their address as the shipping address can be a hassle for returns, and some online stores even turn down orders because it’s not a regular shipping address. On the bright side, transportation is really convenient. There’s a bus stop right next to WKF, which makes getting around town a breeze. All in all, while there’s room for improvement, living at WKF has been a generally satisfactory experience.

My husband & I were exhausted by poor management & poor site maintenance at our old longtime apartment complex. We had a quick timeline of 5 weeks to find & move into a new apartment in our tight budget. The incredible leasing team, Emily particularly, were a main motivator to tour the site, apply, & sign our lease. We tried every effort to find a community that respects its residents' quality of life - it's our home after all! The WKF staff are super communicative over email & phone, invest attention & budget to well-maintained resources like the Zen Garden & Coffee Bar, and genuinely take resident concerns seriously. I love living here! The property is very well maintained. There is coffee/drinks/snacks provided daily to residents, monthly community activities, and absolutely amazing staff! The building and parking garage also feels very secure which is important to me. It’s also close to main roads making it easy to get around the city!

Friendly staff and have been there now five years. They are very helpful and efficient when it comes to needing things done, like clogged sinks. Great new app that allows for remote opening of doors has been a welcome addition.

The community is very welcoming and makes you have that at home feel. Management is AMAZING! Emily was really the reason why I have decided to make this my soon to be home for me and my furbabies. She made me and my concerns her priority. She made me feel safe and not just trying to sell me into anything I couldn’t handle or doesn’t meet my standards. She’s officially Auntie Em! The community is very clean, updated, and beautiful to say the least. Favorite thing about it is that it is very pet friendly! I can’t wait to see more of what this community has to offer me and my new journey!

From the minute I arrived on a busy Saturday (without an appointment) I have been treated with excellent customer service, thoughtful attention and the kindness the comes with new neighbors. That’s all from the leasing and community staff! Emily especially guided me through the process and helped me feel like I belonged in a new city. She offers advice when asked and friendship from the jump. I moved in early May and I’ve found a home here. Great apartment building, they care about safety, communicate well and have lovely facilities. It’s great that the community and leasing team plan great events per month to facilitate interactions in our busy world. The neighborhood is great. I’m grateful to be part of the community and appreciate the care and responsiveness of the team.

Moved late August 2022 into West Koenig Flats and I am loving it so far. Staff like Emily and Amanda are super helpful and makes this place feel like home. I have no complaints so far and enjoying this lovely apartment. It would be great if the carpets, stairs, and parking lots are kept bit more cleaner.

Recently moved into this property located in the CENTER of Austin. The manager Cornelius is awesome, as is Emily in the leasing office. I have felt super-supported since I moved in. I had one small maintenance issue, and Jack took care of it immediately and effectively solved the problem very quickly. I’m blown away by Jack’s knowledge and problem-solving skills. Although I’ve lived here for a short time, I can highly recommend WKF to anyone looking for a quality experience in a good location. The only complaint I have is that I live on the 4th (top) floor , and it’s been a little warmer in the hallways in the summer months, but my apartment temp is spot on. Thanks to the caring and professional staff for making my experience very pleasant overall.
