Maintenance system needs some serious improvements, maybe goldmark needs to make sure enough people are hired to do the work orders in a timely manner.

My apartment was in very good move in condition and nice and clean. Staff has been awesome and quick and easy to get a hold of. The location is perfect for my needs. I’m very satisfied.

We LOVE living at West Lake! It's a bit older, which gives it a homey lived I feel. It's well maintained and the office staff are awesome! The maintenance staff are super easy to work with, very friendly, seem knowledgeable about their particular trade, and are quick with repairs. We truly love living here!!

Overall my experience at Westlake has been not great. The Lakecrest office never answers their phone and I had an incident where I was given an infraction for something I had nothing to do with. They gave it to me without even talking to me about the issue. It eventually came off my record but it was a lot of unnecessary time wasted and stress I did not need. I do like my apartment and the area I live in but often my maintenance requests have to be taken down by the Goldmark general call center and they don’t have answers for me.

Parkside is a great building to live in in my opinion. I feel safe, the building is very quiet and clean. And the rent is a very good price for how nice the apartment is. Every neighbor I've met is very nice. I fell this past winter, and three different neighbors from both the buildings came outside while I waited for an ambulance and covered me in blankets, held my hand all while it was 20 below. And that's the kind of people that I like to live around.

I love it here! Me and my boyfriend are a young couple and it’s very affordable for a two bedroom especially in fargo by the lights! Taylor was the best!!

It was clean and quiet and peaceful when I moved in over a year ago. Now it’s dirty and loud and there are always random people ringing buzzers at random hours of the night. Also a lot of stolen packages.

Friendly people, nice and quiet most of the time. No problems with management!

Very dirty and unkept. Hallways are not clean and lights do not work. Gym equipment is broken and unusable. The maintenance team doesn't work to fix anything in a timely matter. Work orders stay open for months with no resolution. The apartment had issues upon move in, outlets not working, broken window ect.

West Lake is great! The view of the lake I get every morning makes me never want to leave. Great view and great apartment for a great price

I really enjoy living at West Lake, It has everything I need. There have been some minor issues however staff have been pretty receptive in taking steps to resolve them or have resolved them. I love that I get underground parking and a garage at this complex.

Poor management team. Issues don't get resolved in a timely manner, if at all. When talking with them about unresolved issues, only excuses are made.

Ever since they moved the rental office out of the building, the community has really deteriorated, increased trash in the hallways, stolen packages, and non-working controlled access doors (being able to get in without a key) Overall, we have been satisfied with out unit/ amenities and cost, but are seriously considering moving because of the issues that have developed over time, including being penalized by a late fee for being short less than 10% of rent. I would think that the company would be much better to their long-term renters.

It's good for a budget unit. Other than that, it would be lacking in certain areas. It's run down a bit with problems that were addressed but were really never fully taken care of. No washer or dryer in the unit with no option for hookups either. The washers and dryers that are supplied down the hall are either broken or don't work very well. Like I said, It's good if you want a cheaper place to rent, but then again they keep raising rent (yes even during the tough times of Covid ) so it won't be that way for long.

I just moved into Eagle Run and am very happy with the move. The management staff is very helpful and on top of things. The building is very well kept, clean and quiet. The few neighbors I have met are very friendly and helpful! Looking forward to living here.

I like my neighbors and everyone seems friendly enough. Management has been a bit disappointing lately. Maintenance has always been the best when I have interacted with them.

So far everything seems ok with my living experience. Couple issues happened at my building already. Seems management is handling the situation well. I was promised we would have security cameras added and still waiting for them to be installed.

An alright place for short term other than that not a great place but it's apartment living

I love my apartment in Eagle Run! My unit is so comfortable, the move in process was smooth, and management is incredibly nice and helpful. I also love the neighborhood and feel like I’m getting a great deal for what I pay.

By far the best move in experience I've had with any apartment community, Staff have been very kind and accommodating and the apartment quality is excellent! I will absolutely be recommending West Lake to friends and colleagues.

The management staff deals with yours issues promptly, and the maintenance staff is very knowledgeable in all the work they do.

The staff are friendly and always have the answers to my questions quickly. They have always dealt with any issues timely and have been able to maintain a nice environment in our building, ensuring also the residents who live here are decent and friendly people.

West lake has a great locaton in a quickly growing part of the west Fargo community. Staff and maintenance are friendly and usually provide prompt service. The convenient underground parking helps keep your car protected from the sometimes frigid temperatures outside, and you will also have a garage for storage or other vehicles. My experience here so far has been pretty cozy, and I appreciate having such a good mix of quality and features that often times cant be found in other complexes.

I've lived at eagle run for almost 3 years now and I like it.

Over the years Goldmark has improved immensely on their customer services and overall reputation in my eyes. I would definitely rent from them again.

We feel safe and comfortable in our home. Everything works well, and we haven't had any major issues since moving in at this time.

Parkside is a very nice place to live. The management is very good and they have wonderful workers

Parkside was a very satisfying choice for a first apartment. I have friendly neighbors and the location is amazing for the price. Parkside is close to 32nd Ave and Sheyenne St, with easy I-94 access.

Very quiet, kept fairly neat by cleaning staff. Maintenance does a good job and are responsive to requests

Parkside Apartments are a very friendly, quiet, bubbling community. Ive lived here for a week, Ive had zero poor experiences. Everyone Ive met is very kind. The rent price and the location make the apartments so hard to pass down. I scored a great unit and Im glad Im living here!

Overall, this could of been a great affordable apartment in a great location. However, it's a lack of parking and enforcement from management which causes the standard of living to decrease here. To include stolen packages, parking issues, snow issues related to parking and pet issue especially during the winter months because neighbor let them use the front as a bathroom. To be honest, we have always felt that the management cared more about the better apartment then this one.

Would be a great building if the bad residents didnt ruin it. First 6 months here was great. Then they started leasing rowdy people. They steal packages and run in the halls all hours of the night. Blast music and leave garbage everywhere.

I love the view of the lake from our South facing unit. Our apartment is very spacious and has worked well for our needs.

Parkside has provided me and my small family a friendly, warm community to call home. Not only is the building and its residents nothing but pleasant, but also the management and maintenance staff. Altogether this has been a great place to call home.

It's been up and down. Lots of garbage left all over and very little cleaning as they can't keep a cleaner. Will most likely be moving out end of this lease due to these issues. Staff doesn't seem to care at all about the building being clean. It's not been a good experience.

I have not yet had an unpleasant experience with anyone at the Parkside Apartments. Neighbors appear to be friendly and respectful. Any interaction I have had with neighbors had been pleasant. It seems to me like its a great place to live and I am glad I chose the Parkside Apartments.

Quiet place to live with very friendly maintenance people!! In winter the parking lot doesnt get plowed until almost 4 along with the road that runs just outside it so winters are awful in my location for getting to work on time! The rest of the year its a great place to live nice and quiet, close to parks, lots of walking paths!!
