Property Ratings at West Lake III Apartments
When I first moved in, my apartment was not cleaned from when the last tenant occupied the space. Not even the toilet was cleaned or the dishwasher. The carpets were not steam cleaned but management claimed they were.....Drawers in the kitchen were and are still broken. The cupboards are awkward sizes. The bathroom light switch broke and our heat was blasting even though our heat was off. The sliding glass door wouldn't close properly and we had a snow drift in our living room one morning........ Lots of issues during my time here.
I called a few times during office hours and even emailed to set up a tour and there was no call or email response. I’m very disappointed.
Normally when your interested in a location you'd like to see what they have to offer. And having experience in the leasing in marketing Buss. they would have the ability to show floor plans to potential residents. But it seems they only show floor plans when they open up. They would have received potential business from us if I wasn't told to call back in a few months when your ready to move. My suggestion to you all is to please show the floor plans instead of the same picture for each, that way people can see what there is to offer to allow them to visualize how they would be able to live there. It helps with comfort level and also helps with the decision making process. All I was wanting to do is to see what you all had to offer. I plan ahead, especially when there is security deposits and new furniture is involved. Saving up for something you know you want is less difficult than saving up for something your not sure of.
First of all the management is very nice and the rooms are great. The only bad part is you can get a far garage spot so the winter can be fun.

West Lake III has brand new apartments, and for the price, I can't imagine having more space. My 1 bedroom, 787 square foot apartment has vaulted ceilings, a huge kitchen, walk in closet, washer and dryer, and patio. Also includes a one stall garage! Great for storage. I have lived in cities and on the east coast and though I may not be as happier in the winter, I'm definitely impressed by the amenities and spaciousness plus storage room for the price!
