Property Ratings at West Lake Villas
Since we’ve moved here we’ve had nothing but problems they were supposed to remove the paint on our hard wood floor upon move in which was almost 6 months ago. We currently don’t have any running water in the kitchen haven’t had any for about 5 days we put in a maintenance request a couple time they never respond to those either. We have seen roaches quite frequently in the apartment and we are being charged extra for a company to come spray and I’ve only seen them once so we are paying for nothing basically. I went to the office to explain my concerns and then later my friend was going to work and heard the manager talking to a maintenance guy and making fun of the conversation that we had while I was in the office so management is very poor here they just changed to a “luxury”apartment but sweetie nothing is luxury about this terrible place.
New management. The office staff doesn't respond to messages or requests. The office seems to always be closed. Many changes with zero notice. Just miserable now.
