Really great move in. Apartment and facility was clean. I’m a great location. Staff have been great and accommodating us with getting settled in.

I like the premises and the amenities, though I need to still explore this place. The apartment has been in good condition. One of the biggest cons was the house stinks due to a garbage disposal issue, and the stove unit was stinking as well. We had to put out service requests multiple times but the management finally did replace the plumbing associated with it. That seems to have fixed it. All in all, the management has been super prompt in fixing stuff.

Great experience so far! Everyone is helpful and the amenities are awesome: love gym, and all the restaurants in the neighborhood. The windows create such a bright and cheery atmosphere in our apartment.

For the most part it’s very lovely to live in WOC. The amenities are great and it’s in a great location. There are a few things that could use some love like the trash chutes. Overall a nice place - just a little pricey.

Moving into my new apartment has been an exciting and seamless experience! From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the spacious layout and modern design. The natural light flooding through the large windows gives the place a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the high-quality finishes throughout the apartment make it feel like a real home. The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances, perfect for preparing meals, and the bathroom is sleek and stylish. The location is another huge plus—conveniently close to grocery stores, public transportation, and parks. The building itself is well-maintained, with friendly neighbors and excellent on-site management. The moving process was surprisingly smooth, thanks to the helpful and efficient staff. I’ve already started to personalize my space, and it’s been such a joy to make it my own. Overall, I’m incredibly happy with my decision to move here, and I’m looking forward to making many great memories in this new chapter!

The property is kept clean, location is awesome, and the maintenance team does a fantastic job responding quickly and effectively to any repairs needed in my unit. I would highly recommend renting here.

I’ve lived at West of Chestnut for a year now and I LOVE it! The building itself is building, the units are very spacious and great quality, and the staff is amazing! Everyone in the office is so helpful and friendly. The maintenance team is very knowledgeable and helpful!

Great area to live in, building main tent always on time. Pet friendly. Safe to walk around with your dog or alone. Restaurants and supermarkets near by, along with city hall.

I have lived at West of Chestnut for almost a year and have had a wonderful experience! Annie, Devon & Tabby in the office are always so pleasant and helpful! Adam & Sazan are always available, quick to respond & very knowledgeable. I love the location and everything about the building is fantastic!

Tabitha was extremely helpful and the building is beautiful and in a great area. Also great amenities such as the gym and outdoor area / grills

Living at this apartment community has been an okay experience. The amenities and location are great, but there are some significant downsides. The parking lot is a disaster, with Uber Eats drivers constantly speeding through and parking haphazardly on curbs and sidewalks. It's frustrating to navigate. Additionally, restaurant workers often sit around smoking, which can be unpleasant. Inside the apartments, the walls seem to be painted with just primer, so they start looking dirty and gross pretty quickly. There's also an occasional unpleasant sewage smell that permeates the place. Overall, it's a mixed bag.

Ms. Lam was very nice in showing me the apartment model, and different amenities. It looks very clean, and I'm excited for my dog to play in their dog park. I felt very welcomed.

I’ve been living in west of chestnut for 4 years. It’s been a great experience. The leasing office / admin staff has been great. Always friendly. They make a point of running events which helps the residents socialize. The neighborhood is safe

Woc is the best living.The management office taking care of everything and make a perfect place to live.No other places better than Woc.It’s nice and clean,quite and you get all the service you need.

The maintenance team is great! They are very prompt and efficient with their work. They go above and beyond to make sure everything was ri my liking. Very grateful to have such a caring team where I live!

West of Chestnut, so far is a very nice community to live in. I like the convenience of the area whether it be spots to eat or the closeness of the beach. I’ve had very good interactions with managers and leasing agent so far.

I have been nothing short of impressed with the staff and facility at WoC. The people here are what make this building so enjoyable - would absolutely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a luxury apartment living in Quincy.

Everything at West of Chestnut is awesome. Everyone on staff is awesome. Guest parking is a bit of a nightmare is the only issue I would say with nowhere in the lot permitting parking.

I have enjoyed my stay here. The amenities & office girls have made life easier & fun.

WoC is an amazing complex for people who want to be near Boston without dealing with all the high prices and bustle of the city. Walking distance to the Red Line, ample parking and dining options make it an amazing place to live for all stages of life.

Lived at West of Chestnut in Quincy for some time. Appreciate the modern buildings and facilities at the property. The property management at WoC was the best I've ever experienced as a renter- Jared in the front office is professional and promptly responds to resident concerns. There are monthly resident events based on what holiday(s) or change of season during that month. They put in extra effort to keep the communal areas clean. Maintenance is also generally good, and on time. A small parking garage is available in the property albeit at a steep monthly price, could be worth it during the winter months. Appreciate the hotel-style carts on site, which I've never seen before at a residential property. It made moving things in/out of the apartment much easier. There is security on site to look over things, but the neighborhood is relatively safe. Easy to walk to restaurants and other places of interest in Quincy. I would recommend renting here.

West of Chestnut is a friendly community to be a part of. Noise level is very reasonable at night and access to all the great locations in Quincy center is very easy. The T is right there and parking is easy for guests.

Great location and lobby. Convenient parking garage for an additional price. Apartments arent as nice as nearby competition and are priced higher than what theyre worth. Walls are very thin.

West of Chestnut has a wonderful staff - it's unbelievable how kind and accommodating Steve and Manny are. It's also great for dogs, and the windows are so nice and large.

Our apartment is handicap friendly which has made life easier for me to manage my husband. Also the neighborhood is lovely for walking now something I do every day since Covid arrived.

WOC is a great building to live with great location and amenities. However, after the management changed to Greystar Management, we weren't as happy as we were with the previous management who were more flexible, helpful, and organizing better community-building events. Moving out from WOC was sketchy too. Although we were on a monthly basis rental, Greystar's system charged us an extra month (as we let the management know about our move 1-month ahead, this shouldn't have happened). It's been more than 20 days now and we still couldn't get either that extra charge or our deposit back. GreyStar management also stopped giving us updates and responding to our emails so we are thinking about reaching out to the better business bureau. Overall, we would recommend you to reconsider these issues before moving to WOC as there are many other options now in Quincy Center.

What I love the most about WoC is the community feeling. Most buildings claim to offer something like that but Ive found that it is exceptional here! I love the events and small interactions we get throughout the month

I first saw WOC When I visited Fuji for dinner with friends and initially I joked that I want to live here to be close to Fuji - months later I needed a place and the first place I thought of as WOC not just because of its proximity to Fuji but also because its less than 10 minutes from work and less than 20 from school for my brother. I love the design of the lobby and fell in love with it and the huge windows.

Its not a smoke free community.

West of Chestnut is a very nice place to live. It is convenient to multiple nice restaurants, easy access to the T, and very quiet.

We love living at West of Chestnut. It is close to so many great restaurants and Quincy Center train station. The building is always clean and the staff are so friendly! We can't walk through the lobby without our dog getting so excited to see all of her maintenance and scurity friends!

Just a week here but, so far, everything is great! Management team has been very nice and helpful. Also, building has some nice common areas, and there are a lot of activities for the residents.
