West Olney property management
I have been living at west Olney since may. Every month it has been something different and the property managers take months to fix things. First it was my AC leaking; which resulted in them requesting a replacement. This replacement wouldn’t come for another two months. Then it was my window shattering; which took another two months until they got someone out to look at it. The last thing was me contacting them about my celling leaking and being cracked. I let them know that the celling was progressively getting worse with real time updates. Eventually two weeks later my celling ended up collapsing. I have been sleeping on my couch now going on a month with my dog because of the negligence of their tenants. I have reached out regarding rent due to the fact I’m only safely allowed to be in half of my apartment and have yet to receive a reply.
