Property Ratings at West Parc
It's 3 months since we moved here and it's been absolutely horrible experience so far. 1. Elevators always smell like someone had been smoking inside. This has been brought to the management's notice several times and nothing has been done so far. 2. Very poor quality and cheap materials used for construction. You can try peeling the doors/ walls and see cardboard box like materials peeling off. 3. Poor quality of carpets. The carpet strands have been peeling off easily. 4. People treat the garage like a playing area. I have seen kids learning to ride bicycles and bumping into random cars.
