West Park Apartments I & II

The management does not abide by the rules. They allow upstairs apartments to be as loud as they want and when security is called nothing is ever done. Screens do t fit windows. Windows don't stay open. No rails on patios that are on first floor. Washer and dryer does not come with apartment (their website suggests it does). Inside of apartments need to be upgraded (still have cabinetry from 30 years ago). Parking, unless you have ties you don't get assigned parking. They raise the rent about every 6 to 9 months. It's not really based on your income. There is crime and violence. Can't let little kids play outside because of the fast vehicles and older kids raising a ruckus. They paint the outside to try to appeal to the renter. Once your inside its a complete different story.

Office is RUDE. there are roaches every where! walls are paper thin and they will squeeze all the money out of you. Do not do it!

I stayed at west park apartments and let me tell you do not spend your money here. Front office is the Farthest thing from professional. The maintenance people take about a good week to even get to your apartment for repairs and when they do it’s never done right the first time. The sides of the wall trim all over the apartment have pet hair with paint over them. In my honest opinion don’t come here they squeeze every last dollar out of you.
