Although housing and apartment complexes occupy most of Seventy-First/Cliffdale's land area, a small commercial area exists in the neighborhood. However, most of the neighborhood's residents commute to other sections of the city to work, entertain themselves and shop. For the most part, descriptors such as quiet, safe and slow-paced are apt to use about life in Seventy-First/Cliffdale. The neighborhood also contains a fair bit of undeveloped land, especially surrounding the numerous small lakes and streams that dot Seventy-First/Cliffdale's landscape.

Property Ratings at West Park
Unfortunately I cannot recommend this apartment complex. Originally I was looking forward to moving in here, and completed all the necessary paperwork and paid the associated fees. I was told the unit would be available in mid June, we're now almost 2 months past and they've attempted no contact for a status update. I've driven 2.5 hours to show up at the office to get a status update only to be told that there wasn't one, and what I did hear showed a level of mismanagement I'm glad I didn't have to suffer through with an actual lease. I've terminated the application and requested a refund based on the inconvenience and misrepresented nature of this unit and they've responded by blaming me, so at this point I CANNOT RECOMMEND this complex at all.

The professionals at this property made relocating a seamless transition. When it came to the administrative process, everything was pretty straight forward. I can appreciate them being upfront about the additional fee for trash, cable and internet. It is well worth it though because everything is ready to go when you move in. My apartment is spacious and well maintained, maintenance responds within a day and ensures whatever you need done is fixed. This is probably the only apartment complex in Fayetteville that you should actually feel safe in!

I was looking for more information about the apartment complex, and to talk to someone about some questions I had, and I spoke to a very helpful girl, Haylee. She made it very easy for me to understand what all is included in what West Park has to offer! I would definitely recommend speaking to Haylee if you have questions or concerns. Overall I had a great time visiting and seeing the apartment complex. The people helping me had a very respectful and caring attitude and actually made me feel like West Park could be my new home!

We moved here from California and are going on week 4 here. I absolutely love how clean the grounds are kept. The gym is amazing also. I love having a smith machine to use when I can’t make it to my local gym. The coffee bar is something I use all week! Our daughter walks our dog & helps herself to the snacks & drink fridge they have for residents. The staff are really what set this place apart! They are friendly & caring. The day we got our tour we were welcomed & made to feel like we were wanted & there was concern for us. I enjoy the events that this complex has for its residents also being that we don’t know anyone it helps to feel a connection to the community. And that means a lot to me. I’m so thankful that we feel safe here & that we are happy!

Office staff is amazing and friendly!!! The location is quiet and quit safe and don't have to worry about break in like other apartments in Fayetteville. Highly recommend this location!!!!!!
It has been a long time since I have lived in apartment. But I moved here temporarily for work and I have lived here a year. I can't say enough good things about the community. There are lots of amenities and events for the residents. The property and apartments are clean, updated,and a quiet and peaceful place to live.The office staff is friendly as well. I have enjoyed living here the past year, and would highly recommend this community.

I am a current resident at the West Park apartments and would not recommend living here. The amenities are fine (pool and gym), I have had no problems with maintenance, but the office staff is not always kind or helpful. You are also required to pay the complex $50 a month for spectrum WiFi and cable. The complex forgot to tell spectrum that someone lived in my unit and this problem was not remediated until 7 months after I moved in. Also, they do hold resident events, however, they are always between the hours of 9am and 5pm so if you work full time you will not be able to participate. The apartment complex is clean, I have had no problems with neighbors, but there are definitely apartments in Fayetteville that would be a better choice.

Staff are continually helpful and friendly. The complex hosts events regularly that are always a good time for singles as well as providing a family friendly environment. After hours emergency response was extremely responsive and helpful the one time I needed assistance. 5 Stars. Would recommend to friends and family.

Problems began immediately after move-in. 1. The week after we moved in, three (3) different tenants told us about the shady business etiquette emulated by the staff and company. 2. Requested to reserve the private theater room - TWO (2) months in advance - for their customary $100/nightly fee. It was for one of the most popular nationally televised Pay-Per-View events in years. Their Management staff at the time (July-Sept. '17) said "you're the first to request that night for the room, but I have to check with my upper management before I can authorize it, because I think we might host the event as a company for the community." In the agreement, if the company nor any tenants have the room reserved at the time of another tenant's request, the room is free to reserve. However, I checked with Mgmt every two weeks up to the night of the event and they said "we don't know yet what we're doing." Needless to say, my fiancé got a text from Mgmt THE DAY BEFORE stating that someone was asking to reserve it and that if we wanted it we could pay now - AFTER we had already made other plans. 3. The owner uses cheap methods and weak construction material. Walls are paper thin (1/8" drywall as opposed to 3/4" drywall, house appliances are easily worn or deteriorated, wiring placement is backwards, thin carpeting and obviously pulled back and re-secured after each move-out, slow maintenance even on serious issues, and more - but it all looks nice and cozy from the outside so that's okay right? Beauty really only is skin deep here. 4. NONE of this would be an issue if I wasn't paying well over $1K for a $700/month 2-bedroom apartment. They sell their applicants on the illusion of "all-inclusive," meaning "you get the whole thing - Internet, Cable, Trash pickup, everything - for only one price!" Wrong. I was too stupid in haste to verify before move-in, Here's an example: "All-inclusive" price, 2-bdrm: $920. Cable: $55 Trash: $25 Pet: $20 Service Charge: $22.95 Altogether: = $1,042.95 That's over $100 in extra monthly charges, if you DON'T have a pet, or $1200 for the year they've sucked you in. There's more, but we're at the character limit. Happy Hunting! Don't fall prey to the vultures like we did.
This Place is amazing. A gated community tucked away for privacy. It has a 24hr gym, movie theater, grilling area with built in bar. I absolutely love my place

West park is the best apartment complex ever! My rent is cheap compared to the luxurious amenities that West Park has to offer. If a staff member happens to cross your path, you can always guarantee a hello. Maintenance is always on stand by readily available. The office is open Monday-Dunday so anytime you'd like to see what West Park is about, come on in! We'd love to welcome a new neighbors , pets are welcome!

This is my first apartment and i must say I love it! The amenities are amazing. We have a very nice pool area that includes a bar, lounge chairs, 2 newly equipped cabanas and an amazing waterfall in pool. Its like something you see in the islands. The gym has all the equipment you need including a separate weight room. We also have a theater room that is really big and comfortable. I like to kick back with friends in the pool room on game days and watch tv while shooting pool. i save money on Saturdays because they cook breakfast every Saturday! Sounds amazing right? Makes you never want to leave home, But for those who do like to get out, just less than 5 minutes up the road is all your local daily shopping places such as walmart, foodlion, gas staions, ihop, taco bell, banks plus more. I love the location and how discreet it is. Its a very safe community not to mention its gated. I've never had to take my trash out because valet is always on time. When they say the picture does no justice believe me its true all my friends come over and they fall in love! they say my place looks like something out of a magazine, with a beautiful back splash in the kitchen, stainless steal appliances, walk in closet, deep shower, intrusion alarm, huge balcony, ceiling fans, cable and WIFI included! I could go on but you wont believe me until you move in. I guarantee you this place is the best and most affordable place, and I cant forget about how amazing the management team is! Im NEVER leaving this place.
