The complex is located in well maintained residential area. There are several small businesses that are accessible to visitors and residents. The Management staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Everyone is very friendly and nice. It’s very at home here. I have also noticed no ones really that loud and all the dogs I pass seem to be very well trained.

Great community to live in, but parking has always been a huge issue. People haveing more cars than allowed and cars that should not be parked at the buildings.

Just moved in and the staff seem to be wonderful so far. Mascara is helpful and sweet. I live closer to work. A lot of dogs that are friendly like mine. Neighbors seem neighborly. Excited to see what is to come. I'll keep you updated.

We are very happy here love our apartment the layout is perfect for us. The staff make sure the sprinklers work, smoke alarms are working fine. We were very happy to sign up for a 18 months lease. We are going on being here 6 years. Love the staff they are very friendly and are there for you. Loved that they had a going back to school things for the kids going back our grandson and daughter loved the stuff we give her thank you. Then the Halloween get together had a great time. Also collecting things for the Hurricane victims we gave a few things also collected coats,gloves,hats and socks. Loved to donate for Toys for Tots. Our neighbors are all so friendly. I always tell people where we live and how I can walk to get by nails done and hair. If you’re hungry can walk to subway and for dinner or lunch go to coaches with 5 to 10 minutes you are there. I would like this time to thank Sam and her crew thank you for taking good care of the property.

A great neighborhood, anytime an issue occurs they make sure to fix the problem quickly! My neighbors are sweet as can be it really makes the apartments feel more like how seeing how quickly they are to help each other!

The parking situation is getting out of hand, and the problem on my end of the complex is not guests. It's residents with multiple cars per person. Many of the vehicles without passes around me belong to residents. And now the apartment is threatening to tow residents for parking wherever they can. But they won't fix the main issue which is these cars without passes. I don't want to park at the office and walk a quarter mile to the back of the complex. I should be able to park in front of my building.

The layout is great. Scenery is terrific. Having the freedom to workout and go swimming is awesome.Only downside is pet owners leaving Pet poop in the grass and not scooping it up.

Very well taken care of apartments, neighbors are super nice and friendly. Great apartment 10/10 would recommend. When we moved in dishwasher didn’t work, got it fixed next day. Great maintenance and overall staff and atmosphere!

I just moved in a few weeks ago & Wow!!!!! I love it. :) I have never once moved into an apartment that was so clean and well painted. I could hardly find anything to write on my inspection sheet. Shara was an amazing leasing agent and didn’t leave out any details regarding the entire process. The community here is very respectful. A lot of happy people walking around and filled with so much. The property manager is also super polite and helpful. Excellent management and staff all around! You can tell these guys actually care! The lawn is always mowed and the area is very clean, the apartment smells great, everything functions as it should. The dumpsters are emptied. They clean outside ALL THE TIME. The paint job & lawn care is impeccable. The office provides you with everything you need. Not to mention the pool, gym, car wash station, and much more. I’m so happy that I moved here and would definitely recommend West Pointe!

Our property management team and maintenance are great. Parking is another story. We have been here going on two years, and if it weren’t for needing more space and to be closer to family/work we’d probably stay a little longer.

I enjoy the quietness of the complex. I love the pool. My husband has eczema & can actually enjoy the pool without it bothering his skin. My kids love the pool as well. Everyone is so friendly.

We love this community. Great location to restaurants, stores etc. Managers are awesome and gets to know everyone. The pool is nice and the fact that it is pet friendly is a plus.

I have enjoyed my time here, the apartment is an acceptable size and maintenance has been very responsive. The property is safe, and well maintained. I am however unhappy with the company raising rent prices when cost of living is already so high.

I think overall the apartments are cute and cozy. For how much rent is I would want updated cabinets, wood floor instead of the tile… just a little outdated but love it regardless

I love how well the grounds are kept up here. The Crape Myrtles are so pretty in bloom right now. The pond is a nice touch with the Fountain. And it’s very quiet most of the time here.

Maintenence and office workers have been more than welcoming and helpful. So far I've been here a year and a half and have enjoyed my time here!

I’ve really loved living here over the years. The apartments have up to date appliances and I feel very safe every night. I couldn’t really ask for much else.

So far it’s been great! The community around here is very nice and friendly, they don’t act like ur just someone they always make conversation! The apartments are spacious and very homie!!!

Really good and very nice place and tha pool is very nice I like the view from the porch to dhe fuente y me gusta más porque no hay bulla y el parqueo siempre disponible
