on the Hudson river
This residence is located in the town of Nyack which is on the Hudson river. The town has restaurants, boutiques, playhouse and a wide variety of people about 40 minutes north of NYC. The buildings are older but the apartments are renovated when people move out. We have wonderful views of the river, large rooms, air conditioning, spacious balconies, small pool, parking and a doorman who receives packages, opens the door for residents or guests and contacts management for any problems you may have. This is a wonderful place to live.
