Staff was very professional, knowledgeable and kind to me. Apartment complex feels safe and has a great layout with plenty of amenities. My actual apartment was very clean upon checking in and is spacious. Can't recommend this property enough!
So far it’s a great community to be apart of its quiet. Everyone minds their business but the neighbors are really cool and nice. The community is in a great locatio with easy access to everything.
We love it!! The property is beautiful! Office staff very friendly! Quiet and cozy! Move in day was easy! Love the dog park and have taken advantage of it multiple times for our fur babies. My daughter can not wait for summer to swim in the pool!!
My experience as a resident has been incredibly pleasant. The apartment community itself is well-maintained and has a really welcoming atmosphere. The management team seems to be respectful, responsive and helpful. I feel safe and comfortable in the community, and the amenities are excellent, from the dog spa to the common areas. Overall, I am very pleased.
A beautiful community, with wonderful amenities. Very nice apartments with plenty of space. It is in a great location with very quick access to the interstate to get anywhere fast.

Been living here 5 years and overall I enjoy living here. My issue is the same, too many dog owners not picking up after their dog. It's annoying and inconsiderate to others.

Just recently moved in from a different state but Brannan has been absolutely fantastic! The pools are clean and the landscaping is absolutely amazing
The community appears very nice and our neighbor welcomed us. But there seems like it takes a while to get tickets took care of and had a more tickets to put in when I moved than I should have.
Move-in has been an easy process here. Apartment was really clean upon arrival, there a slight issue but maintenance took care of it right away.
I love the community, but the pools are so dirty all the time! I’ve talked to many other neighbors who have the same opinion. The gates are left wide open far too often, and the complex does not keep spare parts for anything that could possibly go wrong with them. Therefore, it doesn’t seem to provide much safety when it comes down to that.
We love living here! In our second year!!! Amenities are accommodating, the grill is our favorite!! The staff is efficient and friendly. The pool is always kept clean.
Great experience at westwoods!! Establishment is always well kept. Front desk is always very nice and helpful! To top it off if any maintenance is needed it’s always quick respond!
I basically enjoy living here but struggle with the noise from the tenants above me! It’s too bad more sound proofing was not used when the units were being built.

The apartments used to be awesome until new management recently arrived. The new manager stays locked in her office hiding at times and seems to have no clue what’s happening. Would have always recommended until recently. The maintenance people are awesome though.
Was very happy with the move in process. Very easy. Had a little snag because we arrived on a Sunday but office was closed. Called maintenance and was able to get keys
On move in, my apartment was a mess. I had to hire a cleaning crew to clean dog hair out of the fridge, clean the living areas, balcony, etc. However since then, it has been a pleasurable experience living here with great maintenance staff and great communication from the office staff.
Lovely so far I like the screen in patio and spacious apartment. 10/10 I recommend it for everyone. Great friendly staff and great amenities

i love my apartment so far. the staff members are very nice as well. only thing i would say is that you have to go up to the apartments in person because it’s very hard to get someone via the phone.
Awesome and friendly, we’ve lived here for about 2 years now and have had very little issues. But all issues have been resolved in a quick manner
Thin walls between floors so if you have loud neighbors you hear them walking and pulling out chairs in their units all the time. other than that we enjoy living here.
The community is great. When I first moved in the apartment could have been cleaned better, the bathrooms were dirty, there was pet hair around the apartment and the porch was very dirty with chalk drawings and command strips still around the ceiling. The pools are always clean and there hasn’t been a lot of obnoxious noise around the buildings.
Me and my wife love love LOVE living here. We’ve been here for almost a year now and definitely intend on renewing our lease. It’s extremely quiet even though a main interstate and crazy busy road is right next to us, high level and super friendly staff, and the most peaceful environment with just the right amount of amenities. One thing that would make this community so much better would be maybe a community online board for communication (selling items, making friends, small groups etc.) and definitely community events and hangouts. As far as we know there’s none of that and it does feel kind of lonely, we’d love to make more friends here

I love the lay out of the buildings as I have a dog and the sidewalks and layout makes for easy walking. I also like the grounds.... beautiful plants and trees. I have also met some very friendly people and being new to the area this is a plus.
Been here nearly a year and loving it. Hoping the rent prices stay stable next leasing term so we can stay here forever. Quiet, 2 pools, 2 gyms, plenty of parking, pet friendly.

Nice community with a great staff and maintence team, Can get noisy and busy here with peoples animals and folks not picking up after them. Staff is always on top of things.

We are amazed by how clean, quiet, beautiful, and secure this community is. The dog park we have been to is a nice spacious area to take our puppy to be off leash run and play. The pools are large and family friendly. The mailbox is well marked with easy access. The staff is very friendly and helpful
Great apartments, feels safe, friendly staff and quick maintenance. They have thin walls though, kinda sucks if you’re on a first floor cause you’ll hear it all up top too
Great place with great location. Quiet and most are pleasant and keep to themselves. My only complaint is the inconsiderate people with dogs that refuse to clean up after their dog. I will never understand.
The complex is nice, the maintenace team is great and the office people are friendly. But the renters are terrible. The tenant above me has been slamming, stomping, drilling, hammering at all hours for 4 months and nothing has been done despite my polite requests to ask they keep it down. This place is also Dog poop central! I love walking around, coming home and going to check my mail, only to see giant dog turds all over the sidewalk! The apartment provides free bags to everyone and trash cans for it everywhere. There's no excuse. The nice manicured grass and landscaping is ruined by dog poop and pee. My balcony reeks because the smell wafts onto it. It's genuinely not worth this price point because of it
My husband and I LOVE this apartment complex. Perfect location, the apartment is beautiful and spacious, and the amenities are amazing. The staff here are so helpful and personable. We feel safe and like we made the best decision possible. Moving from out of state was hectic, and the process was seamless. We’re so lucky to be living here.
We love the place it’s been great! The residents have been nice so far. The walls are a little thin so you can hear your neighbors if they laugh a little too loud but other than that it’s no problem. A few of the outlet/ amenities are installed a little countered as in uneven but they work so hey!
Although I have only been here for a short time, I have had a very pleasant experience. The apartments are very good and with enough space for everything. I have had to call maintenance on occasion and they have always come the next day and fixed the problem. The maintenance man is very friendly as is the office staff and the condominium in general is very quiet and very clean. I recommend it 100 percent. I love live here.
