The place is very quiet and nobody bothered anyone around here. I like my apartment and they fix things right away. They neighborhood is quiet.

Close to everything I need. No problem with no one around and quite place. Nice gym and pool for everybody. I get my view to the street, so it’s nice for me to see trees, bushes and birds every day.

Quiet apartment complex with new recent updates. Maintenance staff is very friendly and comes to the rescue fixing all things broken! Reserved parking comes in handy for people who get off work late.
Clean and quiet community. Looks old, but are maintained.
So far I have a good experience. I feel safe and very quiet area. Pool it looks really niece I can’t wait to enjoy a day at the pool. If I have a question the stuff helps on anything.

Community is peaceful, my apartment view is also beautiful. The apartment amenities in place and the gating system is quite up to standard. There is need for more attention to be paid towards pest control as there are influx of roaches everywhere inside the apartment and with kids at home, that’s not good at all. I think there is a new management, hopefully there would be significant improvement in the nearest future…..hopefully
Property has been pretty good, currently going through pool and gym renovations. We have a new Gate code entry box which is very cool. We do need to have some property upkeep done with it comes to going around to pick up trash on the property, As well maintaining the dumpsters, and noise noise compliance with some of the tenants.
Westborough Crossing has been a fantastic place to live. My family and I have been blessed to be here for over 3 years. The community, culture, and amenities have been great since moving in.

Westborough Crossing it’s a good place to stay friendly staff and the community safe
Things would not get fixed, not the maintenance staff the manger would decline them to fix anything, the balcony doors never locked correctly. The ac in my unit during the summer STRUGGLED I worked from home during Covid and was told that ac was just hotter during the summer months again by the manger not the maintenance staff I had to repeatedly request for pest control I never felt clean in the apartment with the bugs always reappearing. Upon move in I had to spend an entire weekend getting roach poops off the inside and outside of my cabinets. I left the apartment cleaner than when I got there and they still stole my deposit. I had to call from different phone numbers for the complex to answer my phone calls to follow up about maintenance. Not sure to mention the complex was not ready for me to move in and I spent over two weeks with the odor of paint in my kitchen with the inability to use my kitchen. Overall a negative experience. No excuses, they were horrible to me. I would not want my worst enemy to live here.

It has been an awesome experience living at westborough crossing; I enjoy the quietness in the community and professionalism of the leasing managers
I've been living here for almost a year and it has been pretty good so far, it is quiet and a small property, kid and pet friendly and has been just right for me and my family.
With proper care, the Westborough Crossing apartment complex could be a beautiful place to live. It's small, in a nice area, and for the most part in a quiet community. The grounds are in desperate need of landscaping.
