Westbrook Village

The office staff at Westbrook Village is fantastic. They've been here for years and are very helpful with everything I've ever needed from service requests or just a nice hello to brighten my day. The property is quiet and the amenities are very nice! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for an apartment in the area!

Landscaping always looks nice, the upgrades they have done throughout the year. Last but not lease the staff is wonderful!!

I lived there prior to 2016. I like the area. Eating a Boston Market and Cicis Pizza. We got the furniture at Value Furniture. The carpet was nice.

Had to call for emergency service and the response was quick and polite.

I come into town every few months to visit family an this place is amazing. The staff is very friendly and welcoming with arms wide open. The buildings are very clean and the maintenance guys are awesome when you call they are there to help right away. They have a great pool area with a really nice pool to enjoy when it's hot. The fitness room is really nice equipment that is up to date. An they have a great area to grill out with Picnic tables. Not to mention but they have on site security witch is a major bonus to me. When I move to Ohio this is where I will call home.

Okay so I don't know where to begin but wow I love this place. The staff is amazing. The apartments are kept up and clean. Maintenance has never been an issue, if you have a problem give them a call an they will fix it asap. If I had to recommend any apartment living in the Cleveland area it would be Westbrook village apartments. They also offer security throughout the property witch is a big bonus. An don't get me started about the amazing pool they have on the hot summer days you can take a dip and refresh or just hang out on the comfortable chairs and get some sun. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone and best of all they are affordable.

Westbrook Apartments have been by far the best apartment I have ever lived in. They staff is extremely nice, maintenance is on it,the cleaning people work hard to make this place nice and clean and security is on it too! I have met some of the friendliest neighbors and we all look out for eachother!! If you want a clean safe a friendly environment this is the place for you!

We have really enjoyed the pool this year and when I cant get there Brooklyn has a great rec center just up the street.

i've had very few maintenance issues but the ones I have had the staff was extremely quick to respond and correct things for me.

looked for a place for several months and finally settled on This one. I really like my apartment and the amenities.

I love Brooklyn and its conveniences. I like being able to get to everything I need within just a few minutes. So many good pizza shops deliver as well.

Hi, So I have been living here since May. Although there is air conditioning, it's only in the living room. Yeah, my living room is cool, but the rest of the rooms are SO hot! My roommate and I both had window fans and a fan in the hallway to get the air to reach our rooms and it still didn't work. If you want to live here, I recommend a window air conditioner as well. I live on the 6th floor and constantly smell someone's weed (mostly at night when everyone is home). Smoking marijuana is against the policy here and can result in losing the lease, however, nothing has been done about it. To add, I don't know why, but my bathroom smells like cigarette smoke almost all the time. It doesn't make sense to me. I gave this place 3 stars because it is nice. I didn't go to the pool this summer, but my roommate enjoyed it. The fitness center is small, so if you want a real workout, get a membership to planet fitness. It's not too far the apartment. My roommate and I agreed that we will not be renewing our lease because somethings will never change while the price of rent grows.

Lived there 2 years, could not have been happier! Great staff, always helpful. Good community feeling. Easy access to 480 and 90, good schools in a small town where folks still watch out for each other. Maintenance was prompt and efficient, office people were friendly and helpful, place was clean and they made sure there were no bug problems. Could not have asked for any better.

I live in a Beautiful apartment. The manger and her staff are caring and loving people.I feel like they are a major part of my family.I've lived at Westbrook Village Apartment for now 23 years and don't ever plan on moving. i've told a dozen of my friends about my place and i'am proud to say they all live hear with me and happy that they did so.My sister use to own their own home and now 6 years later she lives hear in the same building with me.

This building is clean and very nice people, the location is perfect the brooklyn ohio school sytem is wonderful evything is very close plaza were their giantle, marcs, and other things

Moving in we had a few problems but maintenance crew was very prompt. The leasing office was nice. I'm very happy

i was really interested about renting an apt at westbrook but i have 2small yorkies that have been w/us for 6yrs and you do not except small dogs, but you do except cats. unfortunetly we cannot move in.other than that it is a very nice recommended living facility. i have various friends and families living there.

I love the cimmunity , the people are friendly and apartments are clean and well mantained.

I have been here nearly a year and will be renewing. The maintenance here is top notch. They are really quick to repair most things. The parking lots are cleaned daily, and the snow removal is pretty good. Laundry facilities are nice. My apartment is good sized. Adequate closet space and a pretty nice kitchen. Granted, this is the first apartment I've ever lived in (I had owned homes for the past 22 years#, but I like the location, the staff and the amenities. I don't like that they leave notes on your doorknobs if you are even one day past the due date on the rent #it is embarassing-I was out of town), and the hallway carpets need replaced, but all-in-all, I'm happy here.
