Super maintenance, even on Super Bowl Sunday!

Campo Basso apartments has been a great place for me to live. It is near several bus routes (which for me is a necessity as I don't own a car). The staff has changed since I arrived here in September '14 but they have always been friendly and helpful. I've only had one incident with maintenance since arriving. And considering it happened on Super Bowl Sunday and the Seahawks were playing, I'm impressed anyone showed up at all!! Seriously. This state is made crazy for the Hawks!! My hot water heater rusted thru the bottom and I had to have them come out and drain it. Then the next day they replaced it. Quick, professional and no issues what so ever. The only down fall to this apartment complex is the location. But they do a great job keeping up the fences and assuring security into the buildings is safe for all who live in the apartments. The noise on 99, I'm sure bothers some but not me. If you're looking for a place to live. I wouldn't abandon this place quite yet. Give them a chance!
