Nestled in Indianapolis' northwest suburbs is one of only two intact 19th-century railroad towns left in Marion County. Augusta, first known as Hosbrook, sits just 14 miles northwest of the Circle in downtown Indianapolis. The town never expanded past its boundaries, leaving its 19th-century charm to remain for generations through the years. The New Augusta Historic District still attracts history enthusiasts who revel in the carriage houses, small barns, and other period features from the town's beginning. Residents enjoy small-town life amidst a bustling and vibrant city, and the convenience to Indianapolis' many attractions and amenities.

Property Ratings at Westbury Court
The worst apartments ever! The cost of living here at these apartments is high and not worth it at all. Your car will get stolen, there aren’t any cameras or officers patrolling the complex, overpriced apartments and they are extremely small, maintenance will finish a job and leave their tools on your property and won’t clean up their mess, and management is horrible. Some of the management workers won’t help you if there is a problem or concern regarding your home. Very unprofessional and have no knowledge of how to manage an apartment complex successfully. Worst apartments I ever lived in and wouldn’t recommend of living here.
have not yet lived here but the application has been super fast and easy ! Jean Ann has by far giving me the best response and helped me through it! She is absolutely a sweetheart and very helpful! I am very excited to move in the location looks very clean and safe !
I downsized from the 3 br to a 2br. I feel safe, staff (Amy) has provided excellent customer service and the grounds are kept pristine. 2 yrs here and I'm a happy tenant.
I've lived here for 10 years with my parents then ended up getting an apartment of my own in here. When I left, I left with normal children wear and tear (couple stains in the carpet, some small marks on the wall that could be painted over). Not only did they take my deposit, which I would have been fine with, but they charged me an extra $600 saying it was just for paint and carpet of a 1 bedroom; 1 bathroom apartment! They run through management because they can't get anyone to stay in the apartments. My car was broken into 3 times & even though my mom has a locked in lease for being a resident for so long, they've gone up on the rent 4 times in the past 4 months. DO NOT DO IT! You can definately spend your money else where. & make sure you don't get into a financial bind because these are the ONLY apartments in Pike Township that does not accept help from the trustees office. Even though they write them a check. I'm looking to get my mom out of here as soon as possible. If you see these apartments, RUN!
The apartments here are cheap but you get what you pay for. The staff on the other hand are generally non-responsive. As a resident you could call in with a particular problem and the issue could go hours or days before a resolution, if at all, is come to. If you are looking for a cheap place to live, this place will fit your needs but do not expect a responsive or customer service oriented staff. This is particularly true of the maintenance staff who are, at times, openly hostile to residents.
I have lived here for a few months over a year the people in the leasing office are friendly and helpful the apartments are spacious and nice and up to date on the inside maintenance comes either the day you call or within the next two to three days but they always show up with in a timely manner to fix anything you need every morning they also drive around the apartment complex on golf carts and pick up any trash so that it always looks nice however there is only one dumpster in the complex which forces you to either have to walk your trash decently far depending on where your building is or you have to put it in or on your car and drive it to the dumpster there are two or three little lakes in the complex one of which is good for fishing lots of children that run around the neighborhood and play with each other depending on where you live you can have a view of the woods or the lake there is also Aunt Millie's pastry factory right next door so every morning when you wake up to walk out to your car for work you get the smell of fresh baked bread or cinnamon rolls which is just wonderful there are train tracks that run very close but you usually don't hear them when you are inside your building there is a small wooded area with a creek in it and then a field on the other side where children can play as well there are a lot of speed bumps in the neighborhood which is good but some of them are rather large and a bear to drive over these apartments are located close to lincoln tech and also close to a lot of factories and restaurants and retailers where you can shop or work it is in the pike school district so older children could attend Park High School or a number of other schools such as Berbuff preparatory school all in all they are nice apartments that I would recommend to a friend they are a little more expensive then I feel like they should be but they are spacious the neighborhood is nice and clean and my neighbors are friendly if I had to rate it on a scale of 1 to 10 I would probably give it an 8
Clean with a friendly staff. A little waterway flows in back and geese frequently wander the grounds. 4.5 on a scale of 5.
