We lived in the Westchase apartments from May 2019 till May 2023, and our stay there has been nothing short of great. The management is super friendly and prompt in addressing maintenance issues. The premises were well-maintained, with amenities like swimming pools, a gym, and walking trails easily accessible. The management even indulged our kids and us with snacks and coffee that were set up in the leasing office whenever we dropped by there. They even host annual parties with great food and prizes, bringing the community together. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would recommend this property to anyone.

I lived at Westchase for a year from 2021 to 2022. It is a delightful place to live. Management responded to any issue within a few hours. Jamie and Nicole in the office do an outstanding job making the community homey and safe.

It's me and girlfriend's time living on our own, and we're incredibly happy that we chose Westchase! We did our research for months and months, but after we did ONE tour with Nicole (She's the absolute best. Really, everyone on their team is!), we knew we wanted to call Westchase our first home. The first day we walked into our unit, the carpets were clean, smelled great, no damage, and so on. We needed a maintenance check after our AC started leaking, and they came to fix it within a few hours of the same day. Their groundskeepers are amazing as well! Neighbors are very friendly, pets are welcome, there are even events like food trucks, wine meet ups and more. All around, its a great place to call home.
The property manager is absentee. Didn’t interact with her one single time in the year I was a resident. The leasing agent Nicole is awesome though. The property is well maintained but our administrative experience was terrible. Originally signed a lease at the sister property but 3 days before we were driving from Ohio to move to STL we were told the tenants in our unit decided to stay. We were offered West Chase as a consolation. Upon moveout we were charged cleaning fees. Some justified, others bogus. Sent a check for the amount requested begrudgingly only to have it never cashed. Three months later a collection agency called asking for the money. Gave my credit card information despite already sending a check only to be called back 5 days later and told that West Chase won’t accept AMEX. There are much better deals in Creve Coeur!
I have been staying at Westchase for almost 5 years. The maintenance staff is prompt and the leasing agents (especially Nicole) are very helpful. Nicole is not only friendly, but also proactive in listening to and resolving issues. She goes above and beyond in decorating the clubhouse for different festivals to liven up the place. She has made living here definitely easier. Our neighbors are awesome. We once made a plain snowman in the common backyard and someone in the community added carrot nose and stick arms later, much to our surprise! Cherry on the top is the location of the apartment. It is walking distance from multiple grocery stores, restaurants, bus stops, banks, urgent care, and a few shops.. but still super quiet.

I like the location, right on Olive, everything is close by. The schools district is Ladue, so that’s definitely a plus. I was looking for a renovated unit on 2nd floor, but I only managed to get a standard one, so the appliances, closets, windows and doors are old and nothing to write home about, but very much usable. The staff are very friendly and prompt to respond to any maintenance requests. I have mostly interacted with Nicole and she has been always nice to work with.

We sold or house before our new house was finished being built, so we needed an apartment to live in for about 5 months. The apartment served our needs very well. The community was quiet at night, no loud, wild parties. The maintenance staff was quick to address any, (though we rarely had) problems. The living space was good. A little pricey, but overall, Westchase Apartments is a great community to live in.

Westchase is such a great location. I am close by to shopping, entertainment and have easy access to major highways. There are parks near by for my kids and it is Ladue School District which was where I wanted my kids to go to school.

I have lived at Westchase Apartments now going on 3 years now it has been a nice place to live. Until earlier this year I have had no electricity on 5 different occasions, lights flickering. Found out circuit was fried on 1 occasion. DANGEROUS! THEY'RE ELECTRICIAN MADE REPAIRS BUT NOW I'M IN THE DARK AGAIN. ELECTRICAL FIRE WAITING TO HAPPEN DANGEROUS!!!

A little pricier than the other apartments around, but if you've ever had bad maintenance experiences, it is worth the extra dollar to be here. Great service, very quick in responding. Units are in great shape from a recent renovation, and excellent location in creve coeur.
