I've been living at this complex for going on three years now and I'm still enjoying the amenities. The maintenance crew are spectacular. Within recent months, my A/C unit was replaced a few minor adjustments were made, but were done quickly, professionally, and proficiently. The ladies in the front office are a delight to speak to in the morning while fetching my coffee. I see that the complex continues to make upgrades and improvements and I look forward to see what additional changes they include in the near future.
If I could give no stars I would. The application process is a joke. I was told that my paystubs AND bank statements were processed thru some BS system that they use to verify your docs and my docs came back unverifiable although my docs are legitimate. They also make you provide the employer fax and hr email address only to not use that method to verify employment. I was told by the assistant manager, I believe Ana was her name but I could be wrong, that and I quote "Your app was denied and that is not going to change, I'm the assistant manager and we have already closed your file." She was super rude so maybe I'm dodging a bullet with this property. So renters beware, you may lose money due to a rigged and failing system and I would take any positive review for app process with a grain of salt. Don't be fooled, save your coins.
The property is nice, with great staff to help you out with anything. I don't have no bad comments to say my time living here has been great.

Staff is well organized and they are always on top of notifying the community whenever there is anything they need to advise. Property for the most part is always well kept, minus a couple dog owner who forget about their due diligence. Rent is average for the area, and neighborhood is great - everything is nearby!
From getting in my application to moving in it’s been a very easy process. The staff is nothing but helpful even after you move in.
I have enjoyed my time living at these apartments. The front office is super friendly and helpful, and maintenance acts quickly when you are having issues. Overall, it’s a quiet, peaceful atmosphere, yet is close to everything—grocery stores, shopping, highway access, etc.
What is there not to love about this place?! The complex is CLEAN, quiet, SAFE, & every staff member is genuinely kind looking for opportunities to help you. Mrs. Leila, Paula, Rebecca, & Amanda are the reps I spoke with the most. Everytime I called (which was many) I always felt heard & every situation was a priority! Mrs. Leila ... stellar job making sure I had nothing to worry about during my rental process. I genuinely feel like not only I gained an amazing apt but a friend too ?. I 1000% would recommend you to live here. Trust me, you will not regret it. 6 Months later I don't have any complaints!
Been living here a year now no bad experiences the complex could be renovated a bit since it’s an old property other then that the workers are amazing and very well respected.
I am a new tenant here form Louisiana and so far I’m Enjoying the experience. I had a lot of help getting into my apartment. The level of security is great when it comes to checking your credentials for the apartment. It’s very quiet. Also, they find ways to help you get approved even when you think you won’t. I love the size of my unit. The only thing I wished the bellamede apartments could have had was a microwave like the smaller units. That would be very convenient! Other than that so far so good.
Love my neighbors and maintenance fixes things promptly.
I have been super pleased with my experience. Ms. Leila was so helpful. I’ve been here about a month. I had one maintenance issue and it was fixed the same day. The only thing I wished they had is more reserved parking spots
I have lived here for two years. They take very good care of their tenants overall. Staff is very professional and nice. I am only moving because they don’t have larger than 2bd 2 ba.
Roaches everywhere, hidden fees, and unprofessional office staff. Maintenance will come to unit but they never fix anything. Literally the worst place I’ve ever stayed! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, and you shouldn’t either. There is always constant construction; the 3rd floor burnt down, ongoing plumbing issues, and no matter what… don’t sign up for the technology package. They provide you with Xfinity wifi and cable thats attached to the monthly rent. However, the services never work at all and they still expect you to pay for these services even if you cancel it with Xfinity. These people are just money hungry. Upon move in, my place had black mold and water spots from previous leaks. Til this day, my roof is still leaking and all that was done for the mold was that they painted over it. I’ve put in multiple maintenance requests for my bathtub, and the order still hasn’t been fulfilled. When you ask for the corporate office number they do everything possible to not provide you with it. Whatever you do, don’t even waste your time. Literally it’ll be the biggest mistake. Oh and the exterminator is completely useless, no matter what you do this place will always be saturated with roaches!
It's good because it has a gate that works most of the time, it has a staff that is very friendly, a pool, a dog park area, my place has a washer-dryer combo in the unit, social events regularly, and has good security. Every place has it's pros and cons, but if you know what you're looking for you know which pros will outweigh the cons.
The apartment leasing agent gave me great customer service but this review is about the property, hence the one star. I really did expect better, maybe I had too high expectation from the apartment interior and exterior. The apartment complex is dirty and so is the inside. It honestly looked like the bathtub wasn't cleaned before I rented the space. The bathroom tub is gross, I wanted to stay longer here but for that reason alone I will be staying here for just one year. I honestly don't like to spend more time than required in my bathroom because the sight irks me. I did my own cleaning but these are stains/things that are stuck there. Everyone that works here is nice and friendly but the property itself needs some sort of cleanliness. The toilet is not better either. I honestly wished it was better because I hate to move but this is forcing my hand.

It’s a good place I’ve been here for a year. One issue in the beginning with water coming in my apartment when it would rain, but they fixed it promptly. It’s quiet for the most part and you get what you pay for.
Great service and the location. The pool is great for relaxing and chilling with the family.
I just moved here in October 2018 and have enjoyed every bit of my time here so far. I have a grand daughter that I am raising and feel very safe here. Most people cannot believe that it is all bills paid and cable included. Please dont every change that. Milinda Jenkins
I’ve lived on the property for 2 years now and since under new management I have seen a lot of positive changes. From water conservation appliances to the decor at the pool. I love that they are catching up with Jones’ and doing more events on the property for the residents.
It's indeed home for me...i couldnt be any where better...good environment..good lightening at night...security top notch...no noise pollution...the staffs and maintenance are great to work with...it feels like home for me and am glad to be here
Bueno vivo aquí hace casi un año y nunca e tenido problemas de mantenimiento siempre que hay algo lo arreglan de inmediato y no tengo muchas cosas que arreglar porq mantienen la propiedad en muy buen estado. cambiaron mi unidad de A/C mi lavadora los toilets estoy muy cómoda aquí, el personal muy amable tiene suficiente espacio para estacionar. Me encanta!!
I love this community because of the staff and the grounds. The noise level is excellent especially if you are a working individual. It feels very safe and I am very pleased with living in this community
I visited Westchase Creek and I came across that there is new management and really like the way Mrs. Layla show me the property and her outgoing personality. Even with bad weather she show me, that was the only day I could shop due to my job. Definitely im moving to this apts. Many improvements, no parking issues like other properties. Washer and dryer in your apartment. Yesssssss.
I have lived here for several years since 2014 and I absolutely love it. The staff here is great when I have anything come up they are right on it. I am not sure why the reviews on here are bad but I totally disagree. The manager and people in office are great!! No complaints. Much better than the office people before

This apartment is infested with roaches. In the apartment office all the women talk to you like they’re your friends they stand outside and smoke cigarettes all day the guy he’s the only person that puts anything in the book or put anything in the computer for your apartment to be handled. I’ve been living in this apartment complex for two months my Apartment is infested with roaches if not alive there dead in the fridge or the closet’s the walls in the tub they’ve been there so long it won’t movies I asked for pest control every week they tell me OK I make sure I’m off on every Thursday just to see if pest-control is coming no one ever shows up when we did my first walk-through of the apartment I was missing my closet doors they told me that they will put them in I have still yet to get closet doors don’t come to this apartment complex they don’t care about you I just want your money

I just had a great review all written up about my 4 years in this place then my computer decided to erase it. The apartment complex is mediocre at best. Some key points from my family's time there since I don't feel like rewriting everything: -Management companies changed 3 times -Office staff changed at least 5 times, nobody was ever the same when we went -Front gate is very noisy with loud exhausts and loud car radios -Parking lot is unsafe with people speeding through and going the wrong way through the gate -Complex is not safe, there is no security. We were broken into on a Sunday morning during church - someone stole about $15,000 worth of stuff -Maintenance is good for important items- our AC and overflowing sink were fixed quickly -Maintenance is terrible for "smaller" issues- paint was falling off the walls, dishwasher was terrible, and our interior doors never worked. Maintenance said they would order parts to fix things then never came back If you need a cheap place to live this is fine, it's definitely one of the better inexpensive apartments in the area. If you want somewhere nice, keep looking. Definitely don't rent near the front gate if you are a light sleeper or enjoy peace and quiet.

Since we've lived here I've had several problems. Our apartment was burglarized in the middle of the day (between 11 am and 2pm on a Sunday). The security guard they had was constantly on the phone, he was fired and nobody has replaced him. Mail is accepted in the office but no notice is given to the resident to come pick up their mail. The gate is constantly left open and broken, no attempt is made to make the gate actually secure. The code has not changed in over a year, it is easy for multiple cars to get in with one code entry, and people are constantly going in the exit.
I've lived here four years and won't be renewing my lease. I get that this is Houston and there will be an occasional roach or spider from time to time, but the earthworms, slugs (snails), rolly-poly bugs, and miniature caterpillars are too much. There also was an outbreak of bedbugs a few months ago. The office staff is neither friendly nor timely with communications unless it's regarding a fee they decide they want to charge you. The trash pickup service is not optional--$30 here, but I spoke with a friend who lives at a different apt complex, and they pay $20 for the same service by the same company (Valet Waste) so Westchase Creek must be getting some kind of monetary incentive for overcharging the residents. The cable ($40) is not optional--not a bad price, but if I never watch tv, then what's the point in paying for it? Harbor Group Management Company never should have taken over this complex. They have increased the rent several times, but there are outdated, mismatched appliances and cabinets in the units. This company's only interest is your hard-earned money with absolutely no regard for tenants. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
My favorite thing about this apartment is the prime location, near lots of restaurants, some even walking distance. This location apartments are rising fast and this apartment still has reasonable prices but on the older side.
I recently moved to Houston in November of 2014. I searched and hunted for an apartment for three and a half months and finally came across an apartment that provided all the amenities I needed including washer and dryer in the unit. The staff is very friendly and helpful no matter what and the property is quiet. The staff throw community gatherings at least once a month and make it a priority to be very personable and friendly so you feel at home. Maintenance is fairly quick. As soon as a maintenance request is placed, maintenance has responded to me the same day or the following day fixing the issue. So far I am very happy with my first apartment in Houston Texas.
poor location, security issues, rent is too high for the location
I absolutely love my apartment. I have lived here since 2008 and unfortunately will be moving when my lease is up. The prices have gone up and I can no longer afford to live here. I have never really had bugs, but a few spiders. Although I have had both my car and apartment (2nd floor) broken into, I honestly feel safe in my 3rd floor unit. It is pretty quiet here and I love everyone who lives in my building. I could go on and on about the reasons I love this place. The only few things I dislike are most of the office staff; The new management company enforces that you pay $30 for valet trash pick up. While its nice and I love it, I took my trash out just fine and saved $30 for 7 years. Cable is not optional, you must pay $40. Maintenance is wonderful and the maintenance men are very nice.
This apartment has a lot of space for 1 person. At first, I thought 699 sq. ft. was going to be too small to live in... but I have everything i need: A large bedroom that fits a queen size bed set and a home office! The closet is huge! Fits all my clothes and more. The kitchen has a dishwasher, lots of cabinet space, stainless steel appliance and a washer/dryer. The dining room area is big enough to fit a full size table with chairs, with room enough to walk around it. The living room is cozy. i only have cough with a 50" TV ...but it all works. I almost forgot... there's a patio too Big enough to fit a bistro set. and there a storage closet. The whole apartment is carpeted. The community I live in - Westchase Creek is very nice. It allows pets, has a fitness center, dog park and a huge pool (which my apartment overlooks). The maintenance people are very nice - always helpful. It close to everything!... a few blocks from Westheimer...near Walmart, supermarkets, clothing stores, Target, and a million restaurants! There are gyms, nail spas, hair salons, CVS, etc... You name it...its close by! Also,,, its right near several major roads... so its easy and quick to get many places. I would recommend this place to anyone just moving to Houston. Th price is right for everything you get.
