Nearby destinations are plentiful -- Mid Rivers Mall, Lake Saint Louis, St. Louis Premium Outlets, Chesterfield Mall, Maryville University, Hollywood Casino & Hotel St. Louis, the St. Charles Convention Center are all minutes away from O'Fallon. And while there are plenty of employers near O'Fallon (including the GM Wentzville Assembly Center), commutes into Downtown St. Louis only take about 30 minutes.

my place is infested with fleas, I don't own a dog but I do have an indoor cat. I treated my whole place and my cat twice called the office for an exterminator and they are still there. my carpet was never cleaned before I moved in, my son's feet and mine would be black after walking on the carpet for 10 minutes had to get the carpet deep cleaned. they tore the metal lock on the door frame off my door after a maintenance call where I couldn't lock or unlock my door, ignored the weather stripping coming off the door that I also called to have fix. water will produce mold in toilet if not scrubbed at least every couple of days

After learning about the flea infestation on September 4th, we promptly reached out to Rottler, who inspected the area and found no evidence of fleas. Nonetheless, we initiated the first treatment as a precaution. When you informed us that the issue persisted, we swiftly organized a second treatment, which was carried out on September 11th. We understand the frustration that comes with pest problems, and we acknowledge that sometimes multiple treatments are necessary for a complete resolution. We are dedicated to collaborating with you until this situation is entirely resolved. Should you have any further concerns or require additional assistance, please feel free to contact us directly. I do not recommend renting here. Horrible and noisy neighbors, and the upkeep of the grounds is awful. The police are regularly out here for all kinds of things, you can't go to the pool without hearing people blasting radios and having to watch people get drunk, and the apartments are very old, not having bad upgrades in years. For the rent prices, I would expect a lot more.

While living at Westchester Village, I can say I had no complaints. Everything was always taken care of promptly, whether that was with the office or maintenance. 9/10 times, maintenance was there the same day as the claim was made. These people treat you better than just a tenant and look at the bigger picture. They offer community events throughout the year, bringing you and your neighbors closer. I would highly recommend anyone looking to move, move to Westchester Village.

I absolutely do not recommend this complex if it is within your budget to go anyplace else in O’Fallon. They are adequate for the price range, but for $100 more a month you can get a luxury apartment with a much nicer and more capable staff.

Me and my wife have lived here going on 3 years. Anytime we have had any issues, the management staff have always been very helpful and patient. We have had a good living experience here.

The apartments are outrageously priced for the terrible quality. There are much better complexes in the area for a much better price. *The maintenance crew is terrible; they constantly complain about their job loud enough that the tenants can hear it, they do not salt or shovel snow and ice, they called me a motherf*cker when I had issues with my A.C.(I told the office when this happened and their response was "well, he said he didn't say that so..."), they let themselves into the apartments with no warning or communication to why they are there. *The office workers are almost just as bad. There is no paperwork trail to prove anything so expect to be double charged for everything. The screwed me out of my security deposit when I switched apartments, double charged my girlfriend when she applied to be on the lease, and the rent goes up astronomically every year with little explanation. * The quality of the apartments is poor. When we moved in, there were human bite marks on the blinds, the old tenants stuff still in the drawers, the half bath smelled of vinegar the whole year and half that we were there, there were cracks in the walls, sinks and the shower drain never drained no matter how much we cleaned and put Drano in, the carpet is disgusting and was already matted down when we moved in. The walls are so thin that we could hear when the neighbor got a text message alert on his phone. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I urge you to look anywhere else.

One bedroom. Large living room, kitchen with enough room to move around with a hallway that leads to my bedroom also bath with shower. More than enough room for me. Looking out the living room sliding door is a view of the large pond with a fountain spraying water that looks like diamonds. I have lived in this apartment complex for 12 years and love it here. The office staff are friendly and are know their jobs. There is a good maintenance crew that does a wonderful job no matter what it is. Neighbors are friendly and mind their business. everytime it rains the apartment floods, the carpeting is disqusting, and there are crazy ducks all over the property. recently the "club house" was broken into and equipment stolen. I have no cell service in my building and i do not feel safe. Also there is never any parking and the electric bill is thru the roof due to poor insulation!!
Nice apartments, well kept and close access to the highway. Safe and problem free neighborhood. Always someone available in the office for tendent need and 24 hour emergency maintenance. Quint, peaceful and a good place to live.
