Located in northern Central Texas, Fort Worth is often coupled with neighboring Dallas. But Fort Worth has a unique character all of its own. Equal parts Wild West and modern sophistication, Fort Worth is known as the City of Cowboys and Culture. In Fort Worth, you can just as easily visit a championship rodeo as you can a world-class museum.
There is no shortage of world-class museums in Fort Worth. You have your choice of exploring the Kimbell Art Museum, Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame, and many more. Head over to the Fort Worth Stockyards National Historic District to step into the Old West and learn the history of the livestock industry in Texas. Every Friday and Saturday, you can witness the Stockyards Championship Rodeo at Cowtown Coliseum.

Property Ratings at Westcliff Park
I have lived at Westcliff for almost 10 years. I have never had any problems with the property or management. In my time they have had 5 managers run the leasing office. By far Emily has been the longest and best manager. She is always very friendly and willing to help when needed. I also like Ruben he is the maintenance person on property. He told me he has worked here for almost 20 years. He is always friendly and loves to talk. Last year he planted some tomatoes next to my apartment and told me I could have as many as I wanted. My apartment is pretty big for the price I pay in this area and the staff really try to make everything as nice as possible. We have 2 swimming pools which is great because in the summer if 1 pool is really busy normally the other pool is not.
Horrible place!! Do not leave here! The staff is horrible, they do whatever they want! They did toxic treatment, said anything about that and then the horrible stuff says it’s our problem. DO NOT LEAVE HERE!
I have lived at Westcliff Park for over 4 years. I love the property, management and maintenance staff. My apartment is really large for the rent I pay and I rarely have any issues. Whenever I turn in a maintenance request they normally send somebody within 48 hours of my request. The manager is very hands on and I see her out walking on the property all the time even after hours and on weekends. She is always picking up trash and frequently addresses issues before anybody tells her about them.(A few months ago I accidentally broke my living room window. I was going to go into the office and report it when I got out of school but I received an email from her letting me know she noticed my broken window and it was being replaced immediately.) I really enjoy the big grassy courtyard areas I can walk my dog in and the fact that we have 2 swimming pools. The location of this property is fantastic as you can get to any interstate and downtown in about 15 minutes. They have a grocery store, gas station, dollar store and Ace Hardware directly across the street. If you're looking for an older property with large floor plans, lots of closet space at a decent price check out Westcliff Park.
My complex is smaller and older, but in a great neighborhood and near grocery stores. I like the atmosphere and family environment. Quiet, pleasant, and peaceful. Small workout area and game room, two pools are great. The unit is a great size for the money.
