Westcourte Apartments

Overall, management practices are disorganized and inefficient. The upkeep and safety of tenets are disappointing. The first two months of being here my vehicle was stolen then when you thought it was over 10 cars that belonged to the tenants including mine got their windows smashed in. When the other tenants and I attempted to address these concerns directly with the management the responses were unsatisfactory the property lacks lights they have no cameras and no security during the night to patrol they ultimately didn't care and swept everything under the rug. Please stay away for your own sanity and bank account stay away and rent somewhere else.

We have been here now a little over a year. The place is really cute, and it's nice to walk around and see all the trees, and the people are nice. Management and the maintenance man have been really and fixed things when we asked. This place is a on the older side, but really cute and the rooms are big enough. We love our large patio. So far, we have really enjoyed our time here.

Llegamos al lugar por información la chica de la oficina casi que nos pide que nos fuéramos no fue cordial en pasarnos adelante, estuvimos afuera con mi esposo, ella ni siquiera salió sino con la puerta entre abierta y cerrada, tajantemente nos dijo no hay disponibilidad ni siquiera nos mostro como son los aptos al menos en papel para ver lo que incluye, no nos tomo nuestros datos personales ni nos dio una tarjeta con su nombre o el de la oficina para llamar o ella llamarnos en caso de que hubiera disponibilidad para algún apto de 2 habitaciones que era lo que buscábamos y nosotros teníamos a Westcourt como uno de los aptos seleccionados para poder vivir. Ahora ya no lo será. Gracias y buenas tardes. ????

1st off, all good reviews are 2021.. I lived here 2021-2023, management changed often because they couldn't keep anyone working here long enough, so think about that. 2nd, INSIDE the unit, anything with hinges creaked or needed replacement & the air filters are next to useless & if YOU don't clean it yourself, the dust from the area gets trapped on your DATED POPCORN CEILING. The countertops and sinks are dingy/stained & labeled INCORRECTLY. The unit I lived in had handles where the cold was right but the water coming out would be hot & vice versa. Lastly, it's not as quiet as it appears. There are homeless people roaming & multiple cars have BEEN BROKEN INTO. & management doesn't care to help. So called security is only there if they are called. IF YOU THINK YOU GOT A GOOD DEAL WITH "cheap" RENT, YOU'RE NOT.

Quiet and clean place to live. Enjoy the amenities this complex offers. Landlord Always make sure that your needs are met. Recommend to anyone to live here if available.

I love living here the homes are spacious the neighborhood is friendly and the management & maintenance are on top of all of my request the mailbox trash are conveniently close also have a variety of stores nearby so I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live would definitely recommend 10/10

It’s taken a long time for me get an apartment here. As soon as one is on the market, its gone! It was very frustrating. Luckily, Lily was kind of enough to keep me informed after the previous property manager had lost my contact information. She is very kind and helpful and made this transition stress free especially since i was already upset that I had been calling for the longest time for an opening. It has been roughly two years now living here and it has been everything I’ve been looking for. I live in a studio with just me and the place is significantly spacious. I love my kitchen space and enjoy the format; my “bedroom” area is designed as if it was a separate room which makes it feel bigger. I super love the storage room that it comes with as well as my patio area. It’s definitely a luxury i enjoy. Any maintenance issues I’ve had has always been handle with care. Thank you Lily!

I have lived in the Westcourte Apartments for over two years and they are well maintained and safe. The manager, Lily, takes care of everything. She is pleasant to deal with, yet business enough to get the job done. I loved this place and the neighbors. It could not have been a nicer environment.

This was my dream apartment and met just about every expectation. Lily is one of the hardest working managers I've ever seen. She genuinely cares and takes care of everyone. Give her a raise!!!

I have lived here for 13 years. Since RTM has took over the property my experience has been incredible! The manager Lilly is very professional and does a very good job, she’s always on top of things when you need anything. I love living here I would definitely recommend!

Westcourte is an awesome place to live. The facility is well kept and the pool is great especially during the summer. I appreciate the communication with management as well as maintenance. The setup of the apartments is wonderful and very well insulated. I would definitely recommend anyone to become a resident there.

Wheeeeeeeeew! gather round folks and let me tell you something about the Management the runs this place ! When i first moved in there was quite a few things wrong with my apartment as the unit I opt into was old and expected. I sent a text to the office about them and within the hour i receive a call from none other that what i would have to think is the best apartment manager ever LILLY! to fix the minor issues i was having with the apartment. Not only is she prompt and reliable she also holds community activities for the residents that live here on every holiday and random occasions too! thank you to our favorite management at Westcourte!

Great property if your looking for a small sense of community. Been here since 2016 and we got to know everyone of our neighbors. The manager Lili is super nice and makes it easy to help us keep up all our apartment living.

Love the Westcourte apartments!! I refer all of my friends here. From management to the tenants, I really enjoy living here. Management is always on top of our maintenance requests and they do fun scavenger hunts for holidays to earn a gift card. The apartments are clean and spacious. They are located by good food and lots of grocery stores. I would definitely recommend living here!

This property is not only clean, and well kept, it’s conveniently located in SW BAKERSFIELD near restaurants, schools, and entertainment. The property manager, and maintenance is top notch. If a tenant needs something fixed in a timely fashion, you can be assured it’ll be done within a week. I highly recommend this property!!

The apartments look like any average looking apartment around town. I have lived here for almost 4 years, and over the past year, the management has taken a dive for the worst. I darn near had to break the bank and plead my way to get moved in here (due to my lack of rental history and time at my job). Over the past year, they seem to be letting anybody with a check book into these apartments. My current neighbors don't have jobs. My last neighbor was on unemployment (by choice). The neighbors before that were cool, but could tell were on drugs a lot of the time. It's gotten to the point where I chose to avoid signing a new lease and will opt out and rent elsewhere. I honestly wouldn't advise anybody to live here. And no I am not an upset, bitter tenant. I am being honest.
