The grass is not greener on this side. The price to reside her is not worth your money. Management has changed multiple times since I lived here. They give you false hope. Stay away from here unless you are ok with false hope!!! The people who they employ to maintain the landscape is rude and disrespectful. The use blowers to remove leaves/dirt that lands in your vehicle and they don’t care about your vehicle is cleaned or not. The gates never worked properly and they are so called fixing it and what nothing still broken. They claimed once the office is closed so are the gates. That is not true. Take careful consideration before coming here or renting her. RUN RUN RUN RUN!!!!!!!!!

When property underwent with new management, renovations where enforced WHILE LIVING IN THE UNITS. There was no consideration, no accommodation for anyone. They did paint jobs, cabinet replacements, backwash placement, and change of appliances. Being pregnant being exposed to all types of chemicals, no privacy, rude slappy works, and if anything damaged tenant is responsible. Ended up with a stained carpet, ceiling, floors, mirrors. Moved from one unit to another after words to have a moldy a/c storage area, maintenance is terrible. They don’t even knock to see if someone is home they just walk in, thankfully my husband was home and told the guy off. Without having valet trash as part of our contract we were forced to pay for things not in our contracts, cable and WiFi are now being added that will increase rent even if you don’t want the services and a package locker system that never works but paying monthly for it. The valet trash barely comes, I pay for serviced we don’t receive. Have a patio that you can’t put anything in, are limited to what you can do with space you pay a lot of money for. Have a gated community with a gate that doesn’t ever work. Was informed of people trying to break into people’s cars. Taking kids to the bus stop is a mission because the Pedestrian gate is locked so have the kids waiting for a car to come by In order for the exit gate to open so they can make it to the bus stop. Too expensive for what your getting, and people smoke weed on the property, in the playground and nothing is done about it. Kids can’t even enjoy the playground so sad. Pool hours are very restricted to hours regular business hours which gives a working person no access time to the pool.

I chose this property because it is 6 minutes from my job and actually really love the area. My apartment is updated and the amenities are amazing.
I moved here from California and I was shopping for apartments online and stumbled across this apartment. I actually reserved this apartment sight unseen and I couldn’t be more happier with my decision. The upgraded apartment was exactly as advertised and the office staff was so helpful throughout the whole moving process.
After being taken over my the new management company this property has undergone a series of renovations while we have been living in the unit. The first of which included resurfacing countertops in the process using paint chemicals. After multiple attempts at letting management know that we did not want these ungrades done until we moved out they still continued and management did not care. Their own contractors working to complete the repairs said that the chemicals they use should not be used while people had to come back into the units after just a few hours, the notice given by the management team said that if you had any pets you must take them out of unit and if not you were to leave them in a bedroom with a window open and a towel under the door meaning the posisiblity that the animals would be hurt in the process with such chemicals and while having a window open to rain and other elements. This left us without use of kitchen and bathroom sinks and as told my contractors we were to brush teeth and clean dishes in the bathtub. The notice given also stated that if water damanaged the work you would be charged.The second issue occurred weeks later when they decided to repaint cabinets again while living in units , they made us remove every food and other item from cabinets and countertops and worked on painted them until after 6pm leaving us without the ability to cook for this day and well as the previous instance. Property manager Shavon said there was nothing they could do that it was there business model to do repairs while people lived in units. These repairs were not agreed to nor were they necessary and only benefits future tenants and the overall value of property. Throughout this time we have lost of sense of privacy as many contract workers have been in and out of unit , they have no consideration for what their tenents are going through and how these issues create stress especially for my mother who has to undergo heart surgery and has to worry about people in and out of units having to remove items from cabinets and coming home to an apartment at 6pm that is still covered in painters tape and paper to cover the bathrooms and kitchen.
This is a nice little community. It is very close to everything you could possibly need within a 2 mile radius. They have a very nice pool area, volleyball sand court and a tennis court. The staff is very courteous and the maintenance staff are very professional. The apartments are very quiet... no noise from surrounding units. I would definitely recommend this complex.
