Constant dog barking
There is constant dog barking and people yelling at the dog park they placed in the middle of the majority of apartments. During the warmer days you can smell dog poop and pee!! It’s so gross. I am kept up all night (sometimes until 2am) most days from people at this dog park. Then woken up at 6am from more dogs barking. I have put on earplugs with headphones blasting music and could still hear dog barking. We and a lot of other residents have said we would NOT have signed a lease here knowing that a dog park would be built outside our window. There is a large number of residents we have talked to who are unhappy, bothered, upset about their new lack of privacy or shocked with their decision to place a dog park without considering how it would negatively affect residents day to day life.

I’ve been living in this apartment complex for a while now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive and always quick to address any issues that come up. I really appreciate how fast they get things fixed, which makes a big difference. The only downside I’ve found is that the rent is a bit high for the area, and it feels a little excessive to have to pay an extra fee just to park your car in a non-covered spot. That’s a bit of a strange charge, especially given the price of rent. But other than that, the apartment itself and the service are solid!

Well I moved here a week ago and the promised hot tub and heated pool have been closed since move in day. Frustrating but not the end of the world. Staff is super friendly and responsive; so far this place is amazing

Everything has been great the only problem is not having hot water. Like the water gets warm but not hot. For a few months it wasn’t even getting warm. Come to find out that they had the Hot water valve off

It’s a good place to live, very spacious apartments, good appliances and nice views. There are a few things that could be improved; the parking, the pool area being 24/7 but could be a safety thing, and lastly some cameras pointing towards the parking lot would be a great addition. Car thefts are pretty common around here and someone backed into my car at some point.

It is awesome to live at the mountains, great views, nice apartments, beautiful and well maintained amenities. My experience is good and for a few exceptions (neighbors on top are too noisy) I will consider 5 stars!!

I am very upset about the dog park that was built right outside our apartment. It used to be quiet which has given me so much peace and now there is barking late at night and early in the mornings waking us up and keeping me up. Disrupts the privacy we had as well. So sad and stresses me out. Once it gets warmer it will be even more frustrating. It makes it annoying to work from home as well. A big reason we moved here was to be somewhere quiet. I definitely would not have moved here had I known that would be there.

Great community and location. Friendly leasing staff and maintenance folks. Only issue I have here is sometimes the communication isn’t the best. Over a couple months of discussing lease renewals and negotiating price they decided to increase the detached garage price up to $200/month from $150 at the last minute. That’s probably more on the ownership that’s based in Texas than the leasing folks though. Over experience here is good and would recommend if you are ok paying the price

Great location. I love riding my bike up Deer Creek Canyon. Very dog friendly complex with a ~1 mile walking trail around the perimeter. Maintenance staff is great. Rent is a little high but it's generally worth it.

I haven’t had any issues living here. The apartments are nice, very dog friendly, maintenance is usually quick to respond. The office staff are great! Dee is so helpful with everything we need, always very friendly and she walks my dog when I’m gone for a day!

I love living at the Westerly! Although, the amount of times the amenities were closed was frustrating. Better time management and planning should be done to complete several repairs or maintenance tasks at the same time. Also, the lack of recycling bins is so frustrating when it fills up within 2 days of being emptied.

For the most part I love it here the staff are my family and I love them all and do a great job as well as assisting with whatever may be needed My only problem is with the bugs and bird poop in the hallway I have cleaned it up several times but I think it needs a pressure washer to Otherwise I love everything about the people and staff

People need to clean up after themselves, dogs, children, etc. I have had to take sidewalk chalk, orange peels, gum (sticks and wrappers), batteries, beaded jewelry and more from my puppy’s mouth. Everyday I have to make sure there’s nothing around before let my dog roam to avoid another trip to the vet. It’s getting too much
