Anoka is a city along the eastern banks of the Mississippi River roughly 30 minutes north of Minneapolis. Anoka is known for all things spooky, as it’s coined the “Halloween Capital of the World.” The city held one the of the first Halloween parades in the country, and it continues to pay homage to the holiday with several parades happening through the month of October. During the other months, Anoka is characterized as a delightful Twin Cities suburb.

Stay away
This place is by far one of the worst places I've ever lived in. The walls are basically made of cardboard, there are drug deals going down in the parking lot. It's just awful. This place ought to be torn down. If you must live here don't do so if you have children. This is not a safe place whatsoever for anyone but certainly not children.
