parking is awful. lot is always full. guest parking fills up from residents so hard to have guest. charge $50 a month for parking structure that no one uses, could be plenty of extra spots for residents but nope have to pay. make you pay to use washer and dryer which does not even fully dry your clothes.

Hi there, Thank you for providing feedback and bringing these issues to our attention! We take your concerns seriously and want to ensure you have a positive experience. As of this week, we actually have a new carport special going on and we would love to further resolve and discuss your options. If you're having problems with the washer/ dryer please let us know immediately so we can call out the vendor that services them to address the problem as soon as possible. We just recently had the vents blown out to improve air flow. Please don't hesitate to reach out to the team directly or come into the office, we value your concerns and are committed to resolving any issues that are brought to our attention.
I would strongly advise you DO NOT rent from this property in any of their locations. I had a water leak in my apartment that took over a month for maintenance to fix. At time of move out they charged me a ridiculous amount of “extra water use” for a problem they refused to fix. Communication with management is slow and inconsistent. One of their employees (Brooke)was helpful while I lived there; however, the properties are LOUD, BUGS infested our light fixtures, bathroom/shower constantly have problems that go without resolve, when maintenance does come they are in your unit all day make a huge mess and rarely solve the issue, laundry service was out for over a month while I lived there, parking lot is constantly full, and the move out process was a nightmare. Avoid living at this property
Many reasons. All they care about is cashing your check. Don't trust these people even if they seem charming. Very good at looking like bait only to try and hook you.
