The Delta Township is a tight-knit community only 10 minutes west of the heart of Lansing. The town is split by Interstate 69 and the western section is made up of lush natural areas while the eastern section consists of residential areas and commercial developments. Renters will find affordable apartments, townhomes, and houses available for rent.
Events bring the community together and take place throughout the year. Families and individuals enjoy peaceful parks along the Grand River, located along the northern border of town, and residents head to West Saginaw Highway (Highway 43) for a plethora of shopping and dining choices at places like Lansing Mall and the Marketplace at Delta Township. While this amenity-laden town has a lot to offer within, residents can easily travel outside of town to visit other parks and trails along with popular places like Capital Region International Airport and Downtown Lansing.

Property Ratings at Westfield Club Apartments
Unfortunately, I was robbed while living at the property. Management said they would look into it. I never heard a follow-up.

Poor maangement of property. Lost rent issues, rude staff. It looks nothing the pictures. It is a dump. The pool is in need of repair. The workout room is so small only one person can fit in there at the same time.

Lived here for over a year- price was right in line with the space and it was a good deal. Great location, quiet complex with no issues over the time we stayed. There’s a cool walking trail right behind the south end of the complex and groceries and necessities are within 5 minutes. There’s a bunch of good parks for adults and kids close by as well. Management was very communicative and handled any issues very quickly. Maintenance responded very quickly as well to anything I reported which was minimal. Utilities ran about $120 a month in the winter and $200 in the summer for a top level 3 bedroom. Neighbors were courteous and friendly. If we ever move back to Michigan this will be our first stop for renting.

Hello, Thank you for highlighting the convenient location of our property. We appreciate your kind words and hope you have a great day!
When we moved in the apartment, it was FULL of pet’s hair all over the place and they asserted it was cleaned!! Since it is a pet friendly apartment you would hear dog’s barking all day and night long. There were holes everywhere on walls. The picture on the website is different from what you will received (e.g. there is NO microwave; the cabinets are old, etc.). The disposal system was useless and was clogged several times they asked not to pour anything through it; it was the way it worked!!! The maintenance come to your house and leave without any notice before and after!! The AC didn’t work well for cooling and it was too NOISY that when it started working we must have turned the TV up. The bathroom sink in the bedroom was OUTSIDE of the bathroom and in the bedroom which is so creepy. The living room is really small. Be careful! The office and staff of this apartment complex were useless. They even didn’t bother to let you know that you have a package should be picked up. Because the packages were delivered to the office. I don’t know what those staff really was responsible for. The staff were rude and unkind. Overall, it was a creepy old house that isn’t worth it. Oh, at the end we wanted to leave the house one month earlier than the contract (because something happened to my husband’s work condition due to COVID-19 pandemic situation) and we let them know a month earlier as soon as we got that news but they even didn’t give us a little bit discount and sympathy during this hard situation and said that you should pay the TOTAL rent to the end of contract for the rest on months even if you check out and return the keys.

Hello, thank you for leaving us feedback. We are disappointed to hear that your experience was not a positive one. Our manager would really like to speak with you more regarding this matter. Please reach out to us at (517) 886-4100. We look forward to hearing from you.
They are in fact over priced dumps. The apartment they show you is not the one you get. They just throw paint on top of paint and throw down some new carpet and put them up for rent. Our apartment is so old and cold in the winter. The windows are not insulated so there is mold from the cold air and heat. The counter top in the bathroom is coming up. We emailed several times that our washer and dryer aren’t working. Maintenance came out and told us the washer needed a part and nothing was wrong with the dryer but they were never fixed. We The dryer still doesn’t dry clothes and they never fixed the washer. So we emailed Judy the manager and were told maintenance would be out ASAP, they still haven’t been fixed. Half the things in this place don’t work. Then when we put In our two weeks notice we were told we would have to pay even more money just to stay an extra month. When this is over we will be running away from this place, not walking and we will never look back! Last note, now it looks like our apartment might be “updated” whatever that means which should have been done a while ago so they can charger even more money but I doubt that will fix the insulation and other major problems with these apartments. If you take a chance, good luck!
These apartments seem nice but be warned, they arent. You'll have neighbors looking in your windows and are noisy throughout the night. These apartments are ice cold in the winter and you will never have hot water, management doesn't care because the office has crap hours. When we moved in the apartment was damaged and disgusting, the price is way too high. This place is a straight JOKE.
My wife and I love living here! The apartment is spacious and cozy. The grounds are always clean and well kept. The staff is the friendliest I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with out of all the places I lived. Also...it’s quiet here! People who live here respect each other and the property. You’re close to everything: stores, restaurants, hospitals and the interstate. I’m happy to call Westfield Club my home.

Priced far above nicer, bigger apartments. Internet and cable also much higher. The cancellation policy is ridiculous and people just sign it cause they have pets and are desperate. There are so many maintenance problems there isn't enough room here. It's one thing after another. Take your money and pets elsewhere. This is an overpriced dump.
This is the worst apartment I've ever lived in. It's expensive, everything is old, there is no insulation, the windows are junk and we have to email constantly with things that need to be fixed.
The location is close to everything. Staff and Maintenance are awesome! Truly care about the property. Thanks!
The maintence crew does a great Job in clearing the sidewalks and pathways in the mornings. This is a plus as I leave around 6am in the morning. The reason I rated this a 4 Star as the Outside company that does the main drives do not clear the entrances very well and they don't salt the roadways very well . This is a problem when trying to get on the main roads. Westfield Club is a Great place to live and you will not be disappointed with the location to most everything that you would need. It's a quiet and relaxing place to live. It's a country feel with all the City ammendities.
Westfield Club apartments are quiet, clean, friendly place to call home, The apartments are clean, come with a up to date washer and dryer in your unit, and freshly painted for every move in, The staff is friendly and very helpful with the knowledge of the surrounding area, and the maintenance staff is very knowledgeable reguarding any type of problem that may arise in your unit and is fast to respond to fix anything during off hours. You can have your favorite pet with no weight limit, however there is breed restrictions. The neighbors are all friendly and will help you any way they can if you have a problem, West field club is just a nice place to call home.
There are many unaddressed comfort and safety issues that should give you serious pause if considering moving in here. 1) Management does not take noise complaints seriously: We lived here for 4 years and worked continually to have a serious noise issue resolved. Through reports to office, letters to both the office and the management company, and numerous calls the police we never saw any resolution or serious attempt at correcting the issue. 2) Unsafe winter sidewalks: We constantly had a sheet of ice on the steps leaving the apartment building. It was very slick and very unsafe. Managements answer was to place a bucket of salt by it so the residents could salt the ice ourselves. This bucket was rarely filled and typically empty. 3) Exposed electrical: For many months before our departure an electrical box dangled on the side of the building from exposed wires that the box was supposed to contain. Having done a drive by the old place a month ago, I can tell you this issue is still unresolved. There are many better maintained apartments with better amenities available in same area for similar money. I would recommend any of them over Westfield Club Apartments.
