There’s no doubt about it: Washington, New Jersey is quirky. It has a road named Boulevard Blvd. It is one of only two locations in the US that makes bowling pins. It was part of Washington Township, which surrounds Washington, but decided to break away in 1868. And if you go a building located at 25 West Washington Avenue, you’ll find a glass case built into the wall that allows visitors to view the foundation of the old Washington Trust Company bank, built in 1926.
Tucked away in the forested hills of western New Jersey, Washington is about 50 miles from Newark and about 30 miles northeast of Allentown, Pennsylvania. It is on the south end of the vast Delaware Water Gap, a 70,000-acre park that includes the scenic Gap, several hiking trails that includes the Appalachian National Scenic Trail, and places for boating, swimming, fishing, skiing, and more.

Property Ratings at Westgate Apartments
The application process can be lengthy but at the end is worth it! I love the tranquility, as well as the people that are in the complex. Love the rural feel, the prompt maintenance staff & the courteousness of management. I would highly recommend this apartment community for its location, reasonable price, and the peace of living in a clean, quiet, apartment complex.
I love the area nice and quiet. I applied and I was told that I am on the waiting list. The apartments are reasonable priced. I spoke to the receptionist who answered all my questions regarding price unit size and requirements. I'm just praying that my number comes up soon!
I called to inquire about the apartments with pricing and what was available and the Manager was RUDE and acted like she used to work at the projects. ATTENTION OWNERS YOU NEED TO FIRE THAT MANAGER! I am sure that is not what you want representing your company. I am a business owner myself and that woman would of never been hired period. Therefore, I would not recommend even living there. NOTE: SHE ALSO DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT LOW TO MODERATE INCOME INFO HOUSING AND BY LAW WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE GUIDELINES SHE COULD OF DISCLOSED THE INFO. AGAIN RUDE MANAGER STAY AWAY!
