Westhaven

This is so sad that i have to live here for 5 months more,I'm pregnant and i don't know what I'm gonna do when my baby's born,heater doesn't work we can't sleep every time I ask for maintenance they came and do nothing,when you try to call them they don't answer,they clocked the the door on my father face,and I always pay rent in time,every night i sleep with fever because of the cold,so if you wanted to move in those apartments don't you gonna regret it

They don’t put salt down in the winter on the paths for their elderly or any residents, They don’t fix anything here! I have mold through out my apartment and all they keep doing is painting over it!

It not the best place to live there nice apt but we're put together with cheap material and thing break very easy. The bought cheap closet doors which don't stay on track and no matter if you fix it going break again who get has to fix it but maintenance. Which they are back in forth to the same apt bc of cheap material. There thing that need to be redone and put better material in these apt bc they are low income apt I can write many bad thing about this place but you have find out for urself. The building is new and it got more leaking than a 20 yr old building that not good

Terrible place to live they go threw maintenance people like crazy waited months to get things fixed and it’s still not fixed breaking my lease and getting out of here there are bugs that are coming into my place from other apartments very nasty place

The apartments over here are relatively nice and spacious. If you have any issues, maintenance is super quick to get on it. Overall a nice place to live!

The apt are nice and clean when moving in the grounds are kept trash free and the side walks are cleaned and all problems with the apt are fixed fast

This is a lovely place to live! The apartments are very spacious and beautiful! The office Manager Kadija is awesome! Always friendly helpful and quick to help! She makes sure the job gets done! She helps with anything she’s able to help with! She very professional and such a sweet lady! Thank for EVERYTHING Kadija YOUR THE BEST!

Awesome place to live with great lady in the front office. Only downside is the noisy tenents above me. Everything else is great living here.

These apartments are family friendly. They always want to help families, I am a single mother of 3 and during the summer time I didn't have to make breakfast or lunch for the kids because they provided it for my kids. It gave me a sense of relaxation and a chance to clean my apartment before i go to work.

Despite the bad reviews I have loved my stay at Westhaven Apartments. Maintenance is very friendly, professional & quick with getting requests taken care of. The office staff is friendly & very helpful with anything you may need or any questions you may have. Overall it's a great place in a nice area!! I Would recommend these apartments to anyone. (:

Looking for a place hasn't been easy for me, I've looked at over 10 different places before I came into Westhaven Apartments. I'm very picky and the littlest things make me not like a place. But after coming into Westhaven I've viewed the pictures online and I loved how the apartments looked decide on giving it a try. I loved how new everything was and how spacious the rooms were. The office staff were very helpful on the whole process of moving me in. Before I knew it I moved in. I can not explain how grateful I am on finding these apartments. I've been here for about 3 months now and I don't have one complaint. Their always on top of everything I address to them. THANKS AGAIN Westhaven!

If I could give a zero I would, Khadijah is the rudest landlord I ever had, she alway seems lost and mad about her job. Like quit the job if your not going to smile and be friendly to the tenants. They have people that don’t how to fix stuff come in to try to fix things for you. My shower has been leaking since we moved in, they put tape over it??. The price is not worth what you get. Can’t wait to get out this lease and never have to see Khadijah face again in my life.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. First, i wanna start of by saying how unprofessional the staff who run the office is. The property manager's name is khadijah. She's extremely rude and unprofessional and have zero clue on what's going on half of the times. Also, she makes it hard to communicate with her because she gets irritated quickly and let's it show that she have zero desire to help you. The whole staff needs to replaced. They give out notices every month for inspections and never show up the days they're supposed to but instead when they feel like it. Now let's talk about the neighborhood. Kids running around unattended, trashing the hallways. Grown adults throwing trash from their cars on to the parking lot when the trash dumpster is down the lot(you can see where the kids get it from).The building door is already broken, the hallways already have a foul odor that lingers, and the cameras don't work. If I could break my lease at this moment, I would do it in heartbeat. Save yourself the stress and money by not considering this place. This place is uninhabitable if you're a human with common sense, but if you're an animal this place is the perfect fit.

I finally feel like I've found a place to call home. Best landlord Khadija I've ever had and I'm seriously when I say that. She's always ready to help in anyway possible. Looking forward to live here for many years.

I move in about a month ago and it is a beautiful place to live. Everybody around there is so nice I meant the property manger when I move in she seem to be a very nice women. The place from what I see is very well kept up. I believe I going love living here

I've been living here for 3 months now and I'm honestly in love with where I live. They have a janitor that's always cleaning everywhere. Office staff are very friendly. Whenever I put in a maintenance request, someone is out the same day. One thing I don't like is that their always coming in to do inspections but I guess its for our own good to continue to keep the apartments clean since their brand new.

Just moved to these new apartments and management here is horrible. Khadijah the manager at the office is rude and has the worse attitude. Was really excited when we first moved in but I can’t wait until our lease is up. I hate going to the office for anything because of her and her coworker. She needs to get replaced.
