Skaneateles is a popular upstate resort town about twenty miles southwest of Syracuse. They Don't Recycle
It's the only location in Skaneateles that doesn't recycle, because it's apparently too expensive for them. The new owner makes the tenants feel uncomfortable with his presence. The feeling of a dictatorship exists by the way he walks all over the complex; therefore, it makes it impossible to feel comfortable in a place you'd like to call home. It's impossible to sustain a feeling of security when you feel like you always have to watch your back when all you do is pay your hard earned money and it is not appreciated.
