The application process was easy, no running around to get information and the staff was courteous.And my Apartment was clean as promised.
when i needed to move in fast they got it done, paying rent is easy, the place looks good most time upkept well, repairs handled well,pet friendly, plenty of parking
We are current residents and have had to call the office multiple times on our neighbor for being really loud and they have done nothing. We have called the police multiple times at night for noise complaints and then when he decided to shoot a gun and break his window a piece of glass the size of a dinner plate fell into the bush in front of our building. We called multiple times to the office about the glass and nothing was done for weeks. It finally took my wife seeing the office staff walk by the bush and call them out on it for it to finally be removed Save yourself the trouble don't rent here!!!!!
Everyone was very kind and very helpful to us. It was a nice clean complex. Very well kept and the staff were all very professional and courteous. Kenzie helped us and treated us as if we were very important and the process was handled with great ease.
Haven't been here long but so far so good! Management has been very helpful and nice!
I have lived here almost 3 years and I love it no one bothers me the staff is A1 definitely in customer service and they are compassioate about your needs great listners
Management is horrible. They don't care about their tenants, they brush you off. Trash always overflowing. Pool is always closed. The price you pay is ridiculous compared to upkeep. Maintenance is HORRIBLE EVEN ON THE UPGRADED UNITS!!!!!
Not a bad place to live. Some problems I encounter include nearby gunshots frequently, pot smoke smell in your vent from neighbors, non-functional dryer, or washers because they were vandalized. Connections an outlets placed in weird spots. Staff is always friendly, this place has potencial.
There is dog crap and trash everywhere. The dumpsters are always over flowing. The maintenance is slow, lazy and never actually fixes a problem. Just band aids it. There is mold throughout the buildings. The office staff is rude and complete idiots. There is NEVER is hot water. The water is cut off sometimes for days at a time. Not worth the price gouging rent that they charge for this crap hole. All of Bella Terra needs to be condemned.
They will charge you late fees and tell you that you can move out then say you broke your lease then try to ensure nobody will rent to you the place is also filled with drug head's not a good place for families my car got towed and someone broke into my trunk and stole all my tools and speakers.Management is rude and lazy aswell save yourself the trouble
I love this apartment. it's rent is competitive. it's the perfect size for a single person.
In the beginning my apartment search seemed useless, and I felt like nobody would listen to what I was trying to say. I being 6 weeks pregnant at the time felt like they didn't want me to ever get an apartment! Then one day my husband called westlake gardens and explain how much trouble we had and they were so understanding and real! I felt relief knowing they actually cared, and wanted us to move in. Now that we've been here for a couple of months I could not be more comfortable and I just know our baby will feel safe here! That to me is how you turn an apartment in to a home and that is exactly what westlake gardens did for our family!!
