Property Ratings at Westlake Greens
If you are looking for a quiet apartment complex, this is not the one. Walls and ceilings are paper thin, you will hear every move your neighbors make above and next to you. Every night all I hear are cars racing down Wadsworth. The ceiling so thin I can tell when the 15 lb dog above me get the zoomies. Great location but not a place for peace and quiet.
The complex is centrally located in an area with lots to do and many good places to get groceries or go shopping our even walk to clement park!! Very happy to be where I'm living.
Lots of hot water which is great. A nice quite community. Beautiful view of the mountains and all my favorite food places nearby. We are very happy with our choice
Love it! Everyone has been great here from property management, to maintenance, to neighbors! I highly recommend this apartment complex if you’re looking to move
Love it here I've been here for about 10 years and I absolutely love it. The staff is incredible maintenance is always spot on no complaints for sure
Very its a nice quiet and friendly community
Snow removal slow. Cleaning hall ways not consistent.
It' nice and has a good view
I would recommend this place because it' a lovely area to live in! The leasing office staff is amazing and the maintenance staff is also amazing!
I didn't think it was a positive experience moving in (lots of issues with the apartment) but things did eventually get fixed. Some took literally 5, almost 6 months to fix (fireplace). I'm grateful we have it but maintenance was not helpful.
I would recommend this apartment community for the courteous staff and reasonable rent. Danny was very polite, knowledgeable, articulate, prompt, communicative and followed-through on completing my service requests. He and Evan were both here to get it resolved and it was very timely/efficiently done, I also appreciate that they both wore masks! Thank you!!
great views, good apartment. Common areas are not very well and not very often clean and trash can accumulate very bad sometimes
Seems to be quiet and love the location.
very friendly staff and maintenance and they help you immediately
Yes
Not sure how this place has 5 stars currently, it is easily the worst place I have ever lived. Over the course of the year I have lived here, the water heater, heater, microwave, fridge, toilet, and dryer all have broken (most of which were broken when I moved in). Parking is difficult to find after 9pm. For 6+ months of my stay there was an underground water leak that caused huge potholes to form. I’m surprised I didn’t break something on my car. Upkeep on the hallways is abysmal. Lights in the hall/stairwell have been out my entire stay. Both doors on either end of my hall are in disrepair. All that is bad enough. However, my biggest complaint is that they are remodeling my apartment next year, so I am unable to renew my lease. Instead of letting me know ahead of time, they let me know 5 days before I am required to put in my 60 day notice of move out. I’m sure this remodel is something that has been in the works for a while, why not let me know sooner? They offered to transfer me to a different apartment (only 1 is available), but rent would cost $400 more than I pay currently. But at least they would waive the transfer fee! What a joke. I was willing to put up with everything for another year, because I plan to buy a house in the near future (and I really didn’t want to have to move again). Be careful. Hopefully others have had better experiences than me, but based on the residents I have spoken to, I highly doubt it.
The Apartments have went down hill since new management added extra charges after move to new complex across the way. Avoid this complex at all costs.....
1. Needs more parking spaces. 2. So many insects that get inside of the apartment.
After living in the apartment from hell, my boyfriend and i found this place and knew it was home. We feel safe, well taken care of by the staff, and live in this beautiful apartment we are so lucky to call home. Its a huge sigh of relief knowing we live here!
The amenities the complex has to offer. Very clean looking apartments.
The complex is quiet, neighbors are friendly, leasing office is helpful and communicative, the location is ideal, and everyone seems happy here.
Strange that after immediately after a new management company took over there was a influx of positive reviews... Do not move here. The parking lot will, without a doubt, mess up your car from the deep potholes. Once saw someone’s car get towed out because the pothole was so deep they couldn’t get out. The new maintenance team also will never show up from submitted requests unless you call and ask when they’re coming. Then they will miss the scheduled time, you’ll have to call again, and they will show up at 8am with an attitude. Finally, there is a major pest control issue. They charge you for pest control every month but they never spray. If you get bugs in your apartment you will have to deal with them yourselves as it takes them weeks to call someone for pest control. They fired the everyone who used to work here, management and maintenance, and hired people who have clearly never worked in this field.
I would definitely recommend Westlake Greens to anyone looking to rent! The property is beautiful and the staff is incredibly helpful in ensuring a stress free move-in process.
The maintenance department is amazing here, have always been prompt and knowledgeable. I have actually made my recommendation to a friend who now currently lives in West lake based on the maintenance department alone
Ryan was amazing, she answered all emails, all questions. Spent time with me the apartment I viewed, even helped with taking measurements to be sure my furniture would fit!
Since new ownership has taken over, I highly recommend living here. If you have an issue they resolve it immediately. Very professional , 10 stars!
In my specific building I have neighbors that smoke marijuana all the time in their apartment. However we are told not to leave the door ways open, but the marijuana smells so bad that it makes my apartment smell bad. We received an email saying marijuana is against the apartments policy however it is still happening.
It was a rough beginning as described above. The location is amazingly great and I am very lucky to get the apartment with such beautiful views to the golf course.
It's in a great location, staff seems very professional, and great monthly rental rates
Its quiet here for the most part Parking sucks, there's nothing for kids to do no where for them to play, getting anything fixed takes a good week or more and will most likely just break again,
If they don't have a dog and walk around then it's an awsome complex. However, some pet owners do not pick up their pet's waste and it's infuriating to not only have to step around what sometimes looks like a team of Clydesdales have pooped but also to have to watch out where my dog steps so I don't have to clean his paws!
Rent is a little more expensive than I'd like but otherwise good place.
Overall it is a great place to live. It would be great if there were more dog poop stations in front of the building as well as a larger area to let my dog off leash. The valet trash is an absolute win and there is usually enough parking.
It has been my home for 19 years as of the beginning of November
I do like the complex and community. Neighbors are nice. The leasing office staff have been very nice. I have had lots of roommates come and go with no issues.
The only issue I have here is the really bad potholes that continue not to be fixed.
I have recommended two people thus far and they both are as happy as I am as far as I can tell!
I did not expect much when I moved my family into this community based on how poorly so many apartment complexes are managed. But everything has been very good. I honestly cannot complain.
This place is a dump. Trash is everywhere and overflowing out of the dumpsters. There are also live and dead rats everywhere. They take at least three days to pick up the dead rats. Birds get caught in the stairwells all the time and die since there is no way out for them. The staff is rude and could care less about their jobs or the residents. There are tons of dogs left on pourches howling all day long in the rain and snow. We alerted the staff and they did nothing about it. There are constant last minute inspections and maintainance that make parking impossible and the street lamps are all burnt out. There are much nicer places nearby with similar pricing. Don't waste your time or money here.

Don’t rent here rent keeps going up the trash is left out by dumpster too long rats ?? everywhere terrible nothing done about it now there coming on people’s patio and chewing on cars wires
I have lived here since February and it has been GREAT, one of the best places I've lived! Only thing is the rent is high but that's everywhere in Colorado!! I love living at Westlake Greens!
I have lived here since February and it has been GREAT, one of the best places I've lived! Only thing is the rent is high but that's everywhere in Colorado!! I love living at Westlake Greens!
Beautiful apartment homes, large walk in closet IN THE BATHROOM!! And the view of the Rockies from the patio is jaw dropping. Can't forget about the garden tub and fireplace! I'm in love with my new home
I have lived in the area for a while and being a bachelor I've had more then a few apartments. Surprisingly, I hadn't heard about Westlake Greens until I stumbled on it during a trip to a local hardware store. That may seem strange but it's a perfect metaphor for the complex and its location. You can't really see the apartment complex from the street even though it's minutes from dinning, a local mall and shopping. The back of the complex backs up to a golf course that provides a beautiful view from all my windows. Its the perfect apartment for a 20 something or younger couple. It's maintained and quiet but I'm not to far from a drink with friends or a night out.
I have lived here at westlake greens for 7 years! It's a pleasant place to live! I feel safe and at home, it's peaceful. I call the leasing office for random favors like can you change my hall light because I can't reach it.. No problem at all! My rent has been raised through the years but nothing too outrageous! Family and friends compliment my apartment on a regular basis! I have no complaints but I should probably buy a house at some point I've been here so long I should own it! Lol!
I am in my second lease here and it has been okay. They went up on rent which is difficult but I am managing to get by. When lease was signed up again they offered me a free ceiling fan upgrade and cleaning of the carpet which was very nice of them. What I seek next if they will is a complete kitchen remodel. This place was built in the 80's and it is showing it's time for sure. Quite dated. Overall it was the only place I could afford to get into.
Enough space to not feel cramped. Nice open kitchen and walk in closets. The storage is very helpful.
I have lived here for 2 years now and I love it. Tho the rent is high, you pay for how well they take care of the outside. The office is helpful and always kind. I enjoy living here a lot!
