the elevator is down/turned off since June 2023, if you file a maintainance request, they would fix/turn on for 3 days and it's back again. Loud party karaoke noise at court yard is louder than the bart/airplane nearby. Maintenance team never answers the phone. They only decorat,paint and clean the outside building, everything inside they don't care.

The management allows residents to take over shared courtyard area with toys and other personal belonging and the trash is quite a problem. The office will not answer the phone ever. Once inside my apartment I have no issues and enjoy my unit very much.

Neighborhood does not have enough parking and we pay for even sewer, garbage, parking and water heating. Wastes a lot of time finding/waiting for parking.

Dirty and not well maintained. Not expected to renew another year for sure. Their biggest mistake was allowing people to have dogs and they do not pick after themselves. Have reached out to management about it multiple times and nothing seems to improve.

Great location, weather tops it up. Only problem is the cooking stove which is the cheapest one in the market if this could be upgraded will the place more appealing.

I love my new apartment. It’s walking distance from the Westlake Plaza where I can get just about anything. Also the bus stops are right in front of my apartment. But I cannot stress this enough, parking is horrible. My new life consist of thinking about parking. Where will I park, will I find parking, will my car get stolen, will I get a ticket? I come home from work at different times during the week & weekends then I have to think about parking.

Overall it was easy to view. They did not carefully go over my voucher so at first they denied me but then they called back and approved me so that was frustrating but the actual units are clean and people keep to themselves.

Great place to rent if you're looking for a relatively quiet community. Shops are close by, and there's lots of access to public transit so there it's easy to get around if you don't have a vehicle.

Terrible community, don’t waste your time here the property management is actual garbage. Parking situation is abysmal, maintenance takes forever to fix things and sometimes doesn’t even fix the problem. Laundry machines are broken just as often as not. There is no place to lock a bike.

It's cool. The only negative drawback I could it even think of right now is the garbage in the garbage areas outside the building or just way overflowing all the time. or know if we need more trucks or we need like a whole nother crew to stay on top of it, but they're constantly full of garbage to the point to where it's falling out of the cans and bags are being ripped open by other people or by animals or I don't know. but other than that this place is great. The only thing that'll make it better is cheaper rent! But I'm pretty sure everybody wants that!

Westlake Village Apartments is the best place to live. A block to Westlake shopping center, the famous Original Joe’s of Westlake restaurant, up the hill Bart station, Lake Merced is just around the corner and the beach is within reach. Westlake is a few minutes to SF and few minutes going south to SB, Millbrea, Burlingame and beyond.

Westlake apartments would have been a good place to live if the property is maintained to be clean and pest free. My advice is do not even try to rent here even though it’s cheap or they offer good promotions or you will be sorry.

The apartment is close to the shopping market, which is convenient. I like my apartment facing the south, with lots of sunlight into the room. The team is helpful too.

Coronado is convenient, but that it is about it. It is overpriced, dirty, extremely outdated, and parking is impossible.
