Westledge Apartments, luxury near downtown Norwich. Four apartment options are available with two and three-bedroom configurations. All options have beautiful kitchens featuring granite, a tiled backsplash, and white cabinets that flow into a spacious living room with access to a private deck or patio. The owner provides a washer and dryer in-unit. Water, sewer, snow removal, and landscaping are also included. Residents pay for electricity, gas, and hot water through high-efficiency water heaters. Residents are provided one parking space and may purchase one additional parking space for $35 per month or a detached enclosed garage for $125 per month (based on availability). There is a two-vehicle maximum per unit. Key fob building access, keyless unit door handles, and security cameras are located throughout common areas. $50 application fee; pet fee (max two pets) $45 plus monthly pet fee; See pet policy for more details. Noisy! No peace and quiet
When my neighbors use their air conditioners my bedroom floor vibrates and I can't sleep. You can hear all the AC units from the parking lot, and it's just as loud indoors. I can't relax in my own home.

Modern Luxury!
Beautiful, clean, and luxurious inside and out. All of the amenities you can ask for, with the heavy lifting taken care of by the attentive staff. This should be a priority listing if you’re looking in the area.

Beautiful and Convenient!
These apartments are clean, well built and beautiful. Located conveniently to shopping and essentials but also 10-15 minutes away from some of the most popular attractions in CT. Great Place!
