The application process was well explained and seamless. The office staff was friendly, informative and helpful as we went through the process of downsizing and moved into our new Apartment Home.
We are absolutely delighted to be living at Westmount! We have lived in a number of apartments at different complexes in the Lehigh Valley, and Westmount is, by far, the quietest and most luxurious we have found. The office staff is friendly and responsive. The process of getting approved and moving was easy and fun with the help of our leasing manager. The very few adjustments and fixes we needed on move-in were attended to promptly by the courteous and expert maintenance staff, and they have been equally attentive since then The grounds are beautifully landscaped and manicured. From our many windows, it’s like we look out onto a park. We feel like we’re living full-time in a vacation home. But the best thing of all is the serenity and privacy. We can come and go through our spacious two-car garage, and even though we share walls, we feel very much like we are in our own separate home. The soundproofing is excellent. We plan to spend many happy years at Westmount!
I chose Westmount as it was the highest standard of quality and finishing. Offering especially the garage made living in the apartment quiet similar to a stand alone house. My wife and I enjoy living here and we love how everything is very close like Target, Costco, Walmart etc... but the most lovely is our walk to the Pub at Wegmans. We definitely recommend the premises. Staff are very courteous and we feel the warmth of family when we visit Pam in the office.
Over the past dozen years or so, I have moved into Westmount 3 different times. My stays were from one year to several. It is by far the best apartment complex I have ever experienced. The apartments are clean, well maintained, and modern. If there are any issues, the maintenance staff or the apartment manager, Pam, will address them in a timely manner. It is the only gated apartment complex in the area. It is next door to Wegmans, walking distance to Trexler park, and pretty much right in the heart of all the action of the Lehigh Valley. It has wonderful pool, fitness area, racquetball, and tennis court. Even a putting green. The allentown municipal golf course in across the street. The turnpike, 22, 78, and 309 are all a stone throw away. When I get too old for my current home, I have no doubt that I will be making my fourth and final move back to Westmount. I give them my highest recommendation.
A single is very spacious. You have a large kitchen with pantry that provides a ton of cabinets. The great room is big but can be tough to figure out how to arrange. Lots of windows provide great natural light. The bathroom is pretty standard but does offer a soaker tub. The bedroom is big enough to fit a king size bed and offers a walk-in closet sufficient for one person. The biggest benefit of the apartment is the attached garage. It is very convenient, especially during winter. The complex offers a nice tennis court, swimming pool, and a decent fitness center. It is also a gated community which adds a sense of security. There are occasional events for residents to gather, but they are nothing special. The maintenance staff are nice and do a good job, but they work early hours. There are only two of them so it can sometimes take some time to get repairs done. My biggest problem is office management. There is one office worker who is the leasing manager but not the property owner or manager. And she is an idiot. She is really not helpful for anything, so don't expect much. As long as you don't anticipate needing her for anything, you are probably fine. And she only works like 9-5 M-F. She is impossible to get a hold of, especially if you work. All in all, it has been a good experience. I would certainly recommend this complex.
This apartment is like living in your own home. Excellent for Senior citizens, although not designated as such, the apartment is in a gated community, within walking distance to a Wegman's grocery store and Pub. Well situated to access interstate highways and the PA turnpike.. The apartment has three ample size bedrooms. Each with perfect closet space with a walk-in closet in the master bed room. Two complete bathrooms is perfect for when overnight guests pop in..There is a sprinkler system provided in every room and each room has smoke detecors. Provided, also ar overhead fans in the living room and master bedroom. The apartment comes complete with a laundry room equiped with a washer and dryer. The kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, micro-wave, electric stove/range, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. Kitchen cabinets are more than adequate and two pantries for groceries are also provided . The apartment is provided with air conditioning and provided with gas heat and hot water. The floors are carpeted and the kithchen floor is wood laminate. To make the package complete, the apartment has a private two car garage with electric garage door opener provided. Additionally, grounds maintenance, i.e.mowing, refuse and snow removal is included with no maintenance or association fees required. Lastly, TV cable connection is provide and satellite service is also permitted but either must be paid for by the tenant. In other words "Who Could ask for Anything More???"
