This place has a great location and potential but due to cutting corners and understaffing, this place is unsafe, unhealthy and been a nightmare to live in.

Leasing office staff is fantastic. Great people and very friendly. Unit themselves are not well maintained. Informed unit was move in ready when in fact it was not no where near move in ready.

There has been no hot water in my apartment for several days called the leasing office they said they are fixing the problem but it’s taking to long we bearly get warm water. Also the lights are outdated and maintenance don’t know to replace outdated things. The leasing people in the office and management never pick up the phone or return your calls they don’t even try to solve your problem just makes it worse. Also the apartments are infested with roaches everywhere not even the pest control can do much. I use the handicap parking I have a pass and other people who don’t have a pass use the parking and I complain and complain and they can’t do anything about it they just let other people take advantage of the situation I can’t wait until my lease is up soon can’t wait to get out of this dirty place

this place is awful, no emergency maintenance number, maintenance requests are never fufilled, water leaked from my ceiling for over an hour. roaches and crickets infested my apartment over the summer. apartments are extremely old with lead paint and popcorn ceilings. walls are thin, i never can have peace and quiet because the neighbors are always loud outside. Windows rattle with the slightest provocation, the entire unit shakes when i simply open a door. not nearly worth the amount they’re leasing at. Hot water has been shut off 6 or so times just these past 2 months, sometimes for days at a time. I hear people screaming all the time, cops get called pretty regularly. Do not live here. These are the worst apartments i have ever lived in. location is great, apartments are not.

My spouse and I have had so many troubles with meeting the right staff, the instant we had walked in we were greeted with so much happiness. Jamie had shown us our option and plenty more, she was very appreciative and approachable, she knows how to get her sale and exactly what to say without a pause! We were also very appreciative with her coworker as well, Jonita, she was also very friendly and helpful! They both made our experience one to remember, thank you both!!

The manager and staff are unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. Nothing has been fixed for months. My A/C has been broken for over 3months, and the temp in my apartment is over 85°. Horrible place to live, don't even consider it.

Our office staff and maintenance staff are wonderful. Kind people - I have had no problems under the newest management and I will just say - so laid back!! The pool is central to our family! And those guys keep it open for all of us to enjoy and I know I take pride in how the pool and cabanas look, keeping them clean and in order! =>

Staff does not answer emails, phone calls or office visits. This site appears to average all categories to give a rating. The things the apartment does not control are great (such as location) but the office staff is unresponsive over a period of 7 months.

Management never answers the phone, they're rarely in the office. Don't rent here if you value sanity and working appliances.

Don't move here, it's loud and not safe. The office staff never responds (Although I'm expecting a "We're sorry you feel this way" response on here. They provide the same number to talk about your issues as the one that they never answer.)
