Everything has gone well so far, i have lived here under 3 months. I will say when a new resident sets up to pay rent online, don't make any mistake if you do rather by internet slow response or your pushing a wrong selection you have 2 times before you can't pay online for a year have to get a cashiers check or use a couple other options which are more expensive.
I have not officially moved in but i am so excited about it. the community is so nice the staff is great. I love the area its located in close to all my day to day stores and work. the size of my unit is big and beautiful.

The apartment is good, been here for a while. Closeness and direct access to major roads including Westheimer, highway 6 and highway 10 is one of the perks.

My experience living here has been great. The apartment itself is a minimalist and clean design, amenities are good, and if I need maintenance I can always call for assistance. My only wish is that I can interact with my neighbors a little more so we can all get to know each other but otherwise I love it here!

Great Location and Great staff! Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly. Never had any issues aside from ppl randomly parking in my paid parking spots but management is always on top of it.

pest control is a problem. We don't have enough dumpsters and they are not emptied often enough. Trash is often piled up. I like my apartment. I like the community.

This place used to be a nice place to live. It's going down hill. Gated community, but gate is always messed up. Anyone can come in now, and we used to have a courtesy officer that walked the property, not anymore. Car break ins are happening and cameras are not working. I don't blame it on the staff, I blame it on the new owners who is trying to stay cheap on everything.

At first I had doubts about renting at westmount at Eldridge, but after visiting the leasing office I was sure I wanted to get the unit. The location, amenities, and price are all pretty good for the area. Within walking distance of shops and stores, storage across the street, daycares and schools. I like the layout of the property and units. Parking and storage can be difficult at times but minor. I would resign as long as it’s affordable!

Don't move here all 4 tires were stolen off my truck on 12-28-22 this has been going on at this complex for a while now they know this and still will not get security during the night hours I will NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE HERE STAY AWAY

For last 3-4 months almost every week there has been water stoppage. Sometimes for hours, sometimes for half a day. Intimations are late, and resumption of water is even late. Today water was supposed to come back at 5pm and it is 8pm - water is still out, and no one to provide information. Apartments have roach problem, you can do how many treatments, clean how much you want - you just cannot get rid of them

For a first time move to Texas, this is a nice apartment. They have nice amenities (dog park, pet washing station, the gym is nice ) I would recommend if you are in need of an affordable living place.

I love the fact that there is a door to my balcony and then a door to the apartment. It provides added security. The apartment space is well designed and the management staff is always pleasant to work with.

I love the open space in my apartment but it definitely needs a facelift. Better appliances, more storage, and a living ceiling fan/lights.

I love this place very much. The environment is very very clean and peaceful. I just wish it was better renovated before I moved in. The manager is a wonderful lady. She listened and attended to me professionally and promptly.

The apartment building is small but is well maintained and so responsive in management and upkeep. Nothing is ever too small and they are always so open to help. As a first time living on my own I appreciate that I never have a horror story to tell others and they take feedback so well!

I really like this place , I have been looking for an apartment and found this place and I really hope to move in soon! I can’t wait to take the tour today!! ?? I have been hear a little bit over a year and still have the same review. The managment and maintenance staff are kind and professional. The community is clean, quite, and just all around nice to live in. The apartment units are very spacious for what you pay for. I really enjoy living here.

My wife and I have only been here 8 months, but they have been great thanks to the amazing office and maintenance team! Any issues we have are resolved within a few days, but if it takes longer they will communicate with us. Our AC went out when the temperatures outside were reaching 100 degrees and by the end of that day maintenance brought a window unit to keep us cool. Then by the next afternoon we had a new AC unit installed. We greatly appreciate the urgency especially in these hot summer months.

West End is the first apartment complex that I have lived in where the staff knows my name and my apartment number without announcing it. The staff is so friendly and the one issue I had was resolved within 24 hours. Despite the location, the community small and quiet.

West End Boutique is a great place to call home! It is conveniently located, a bit of an older yet updated property with great space, has great amenities, and 'knock on wood' we have never had an issue. All of the team members at West End - management, leasing, and maintenance - are kind, smile lots, are welcoming and supportive, have a positive attitude, and just really seem to love what they do! I can feel the passion and as a resident truly appreciate this! I have lived here for a long time and am thankful for a peaceful, beautiful, safe property. Kudos!
