We do need an upgrade. It's just some things that they can do to make living here great. I've been here 4 years I feel they should go around and see what needs to be done in our apartment. The building needs to be power washed. The staff is great. I enjoyed living here.

Haven’t had any major issues, staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The biggest issues I’ve had is with the neighbors and residents for being noisy & stealing packages.

When I first applied to move here they were always answering the phone now it’s always going to virtual assistant. The air keeps going out unless you live on the second or first floors. The dumpsters are always full. The apartments are fairly quiet though.

For the price, you’re getting a good deal. Neighbors tend to fight a bit, appliances can be updated, and kitchen could be bigger. But other than that, management is great, it’s in a great location close to downtown and it’s pretty nice and peaceful for the most part.

Just moved in staff is super nice and fast .apartments are pretty nice inside and community seems nice and quiet and clean the maintenance man is really nice

To be honest I really love it here so far maintenance usually reach out in 24 hour spend unless it’s the weekend or something the office staff is amazing

I really enjoy living here its pretty quiet ?? management is nice as well as maintenance and if u have problems to be fixed they get on it right away only thing I don't like to much is roaches but other wise it's a great place to live
